I've been taking a little time off work to remind myself of who I am. Global pandemic + becoming a mom + being overwhelmed with various stressors, I lost myself for a little... but I'm bouncing back, baby!

I picked up these metallic watercolour paints and now I'm obsessed with them. Plus I cleaned my art table for the first time in months! It's a welcoming space to create again ❤🦋🐈

Hey everyone!

It has been ages since I posted anything on this page. Update: I grew and produced this adorable human! He is the best!

In other news, I just had my first creative idea for months. Lots of brain cells have died over the last while so I am truly surprised the hamster is still keeping the brain wheel in motion.

Pics to come once I find some time to sketch out my INGENIOUS idea! *insert maniacal laughter here*

I purchased a blender marker ages ago and never used it until today! I attempted
to toner transfer this dapper little bowtie cat onto watercolour paper, but it didnt work too well... and now I'm just super high on gasoline-like marker fumes 😁😵
Onwards and upwards with experimentation!
Anyone have any tips for using blender markers?

One of my new years resolutions was to learn a new art skill, so I bought some needle felting supplies and two days later, I had this little llama! He will be living on my husband's desk at work and should soon have a name! And, oops. I'm addicted to felting now. So long, learning to knit...
