Winston’s Big Win!🏆🐶

Winston the English Bulldog has been part of our grooming family for 4.5 years, coming in every four weeks without fail. He’s one of our original clients and a huge reason we fell in love with grooming in the first place!

Winston has always been sensitive to noise, especially the blow dryer. A few years ago, during a grooming session, he got startled and bit his tongue badly. Since then, we’ve adjusted his routine to keep him as comfortable as possible—booking him at 8 AM before the salon gets busy to avoid loud noises from other dogs and dryers. We also towel-dry him instead of using the dryer to help him feel safe.

But today was a HUGE milestone—Winston let us blow-dry him about 70%! 🎉 This progress wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of his family. They’ve worked so hard to help him build confidence. We’re beyond grateful to be part of Winston’s journey and so proud of how far he’s come! 🥰🐾

Never have I ever… in my entire grooming career, met a dog quite like Charlie! 🐾💛 This three-legged legend has been coming to us every five weeks, and for the first time, I decided to film what he does during his groom. Most dogs tolerate brushing… Charlie? He *lives* for it. Rolling around, asking for belly rubs, completely unbothered on the table—this guy is in his element! He even does this for nail trims! Seeing a dog this comfortable and trusting with us is one of those moments that makes being a groomer so rewarding. Little Lily fell asleep on the grooming table during their very first visit with us today ❤️🥹. Moments like these remind us why we’re so passionate about what we do. We take pride in creating a calm, comfortable environment where your dogs can feel safe, cared for, and completely at ease. When they trust us enough to drift off to sleep, it’s a heartwarming reminder of the years of dedication we've poured into this industry. This is what makes it all so rewarding ❤️.
