"Cassie"

This is a family favorite, she has never had the formal introduction and personal photo session she deserves. She is a home raised lady we bred and trained.

Cassie pedigree is a combo of old school run and Peppy San Badger (pedigree pictured)

Cassie sire (Jack, grey horse pictured) has been a solid mount here for 13 yrs! We only raised 1 foal crop out of him. Jack is used for all aspects of ranch work. He is now my neices trusty faithful steed. Cassie dam Harmony (also pictured) was a beautiful mare I was blessed to have. One of my first well bred mares.

Cassie is a "TANK" she is powerful made, athletic and very kind. We have used her for all aspects of Ranch work and we are also able to use her for guests to ride if needed.

Cassie is IN FOAL to Drifter for their 3rd foal. They have proven to be a exceptional cross. To date they have produced two Palimino Roan fillies. One loudly chromed and one solid. Both fillies have awesome disposition, conformation and athletic abilities. This cross will prove to be VERY versatile.

Excited to see what 2024 baby will be.

Last year we sold a two bredmares so figured we will offer one up this year.

This is a pretty mare who enjoys company of people. She sustained a shoulder injury as a yearling. Jewel is healed and gets around with no issue because of this will only be a broodmare.

She is ultra-sounded and confirmed in foal for a May 2024 (pasture bred). She handled stocks well and easy to catch and haul. She is Up to date on farrier and deworming. She is fast and athletic as they come.

She is in foal to our junior stallion “Drifter” He is line bred Driftwood and a Grandson of SUN FROST. This foal has rodeo performance top and bottom, and I have no doute this foal will be NICE minded and talented. Drifter is our go to saddle horse and is used for all aspects of Ranching. He has been to many brandings and hauls with the geldings all spring/summer no issue. He also completes with us in Ranch Rodeos (see pictures)
Drifter has the best mind of any stallion I have been around, and he is just 5, he’s athletic and is extremely easy to ride. His first foal crop ( 5 out of 6 hd last year) Sold to Texas last fall.

Poppy is the sweetest little pasture treasure ever!

She is calm and kind, 2 comming 3 this spring. Poppy is easy to catch ANYWHERE, she stands tied, trailer loads, leads from side by side. Poppy is great for the farrier and as gentle as they come. She is UTD on deworming and farrier. She is easy to get along with. She has been lightly started and rode a handful of times (4 or 5x) sucessful last summer. I believe she will mature around 14.3-15hh. Her dam was near 15.1 and sire is 14hh. She has incredible bone and no issues with her feet. Her mane is usually THICK AND LONG with decent amount of feathers. I was slow getting the hot wire up and she has rubbed some mane out its growing in nicely again! She clips well and i clipped feathes for fun. I love this little gal but thought I would offer her up for a while. She has no vices or bad habits.

We have been looking a praying for a long time to add a mare with a pedigree like this, built like this, and looks the way she does. Not only that she is exstreamly catty, athletic and most of all very sweet and loving.

She didn't come home alone.. We have another announcement to. A PEPCID filly, with a top notch pedigree too!! We purchased the filly first and then stumbled onto "Lady" 🙌🙊

This is a rare opportunity to purchase one of our “keeper fillies” Her full sister was unfortunately kicked and will only be broodmare sound, so we are offering “Hiccup”.

This fill is halter trained and has had her feet done, she handles everything in stride and is very thoughtful.

She will be all business! We ride her sire, her dam and her grandsire all here on the Ranch. Her grandsire is and has been the best kid’s horse for the last several years. Her granddam mare side was shown in reining and had some earnings.

Hiccup is extremely FAST and very athletic! I would love to see her go to a roping or barrel program. But most importantly the best home! I believe she has potential to make a youth winter project with supervisor of course. I have full faith she could make a powerful HSR horses to!

Drifter attended his first Ranch Rodeo on the weekend. First time to "town" so to speak.. Except this Rodeo was held at a beautiful remote Ranch in Northern BC. He handled all the noises and new events in stride. His disposition really is his best attribute. We are truly blessed to own this Stallion. I'm super proud of my hubby for how he worked him! Can't wait to watch them more! All though I miss riding my stud 😀

So very proud of this little horse too! he's one I picked up as a un-touched 2 yr old stud, I was pregnant. I waited until Paul went to work and couldn't tell me what to do! I roped him and halter broke him 🙈🤣 He is smart.. wasn't to much of a battle for a very pregnant lady...

Clayton bought him the next spring and has made him a amazing!

This guy doesn't always get the apprication he deserves...

You see he's not one from our program. He's a little un orthodox is his movement at times (He is 1/2 Standardbred). He stubborn as mule and smart as a whip (not always the best combo lol). It's unreal that after I don't know how many 100s of saddlings and blocks (politically correct term), you still think its OK to try and bite me when I cinch you Lol. You 100% are ADHD. Your mind goes a mile a minute, You have heeled and stepped on me and my family more than all the other horses combined. Those that know me, know my horses are POLITE, you are the exception to that rule. Lord knows it isn't from lack of effort on my behalf.

You were purchased ONLY as a flip project, in which I rode you two years and set you up to succeed... You were sold to a very nice family in February 2017. This should of worked, few years later you had failed... But at the time I used money to pool in to buy our stud HAWKS WHISPER.

The day you left I shed a few tears... I think because I new deep inside YOUR dream was to be the best Ranch horse you could be for me. You finally found your unassuming "niche" in life...

Fall of 2022 you came home, 5 yrs later...Our first ride when I went to "try you out" was horrible... You pulled everything on me but a knife.. Including trying to fly backwards into a creek. You had completely forgot to turn to the right. You refused to leave the yard, you should of remembered that would end poorly for you.. After a solid 45 mins, I finally found a place I felt I comfortable to step off knowing it wouldn't harm you more. That night we came and hauled you home. Your option was that or run through a horse sale.

While I can't honestly say I'm HAPPY to have you back 🤪

I'm very grateful for you JED 🙌 You are tough.. gritty... mostly sure footed when your brain works.. You cow up better then some QH, you will work all day everyday back to back. Oddly enough still meeting me at the gate everyday. (sometimes it be great If you didn't chase the horse I'm coming to catch away... ) Thank You for always keeping me on my toes and reminding me after my babies, I can still do cool things!! I do trust you for some strange reason 😄 keep being you... You could always tone down the "Asholeness"... But then again that wouldn't be you....

Calving start date Feb 1st - Bulls pulled For April 10th

These are my personal replacements heifers at complete despersial, they are on a full herd health program.

Mommas are trouble free from home bred cows. One iron and most trace back to my parents herd of over 40 yrs.

I have all birthdate and weaning weights available.

Last pictures are full or half sisters with first calf at side and one of these heifers with her momma.

I will have a set of mommas available later this fall as well!

We would like to give a HUGE Thanks to KOBY ZIEMMER on the purchase of Shania Cee Whisper. You know it's meant to be when a man with a plan and big dreams messages to see what you have available. This is a special filly we had held back for ourselves, I wasnt certain I wanted to part with her. However we are exstreamly excited to watch her and Koby's bright future as she becomes a rope horse! Not even 24hrs and she's saddled. When asked how she was.. his response was "quite good!" 😍

Looking like might be chocolate palimino coming in! Very dark undertone. And also a 50% she's roan. With 4 tall socks and neat little face mark.

Her dam is just a great little mare we bought from Veronica Swales at 2.5 yr old. Paul rode her, brought her along and took some cowhorse/cutting clinics on her with the intent to show. They he met me and all his hopes and dream really did come true 🤣 She then became useful on the Ranch for a few years until we put her in the broodmare pen. We are not disappointed! To date she has 4 babies baby-4 yrs old. The first two are under saddle and performing well!

Her dam is a daughter of POWER PROOF (Greys Starlight) OE 200K. She is out of a Smart Little Lena daughter.

Her sire is ofcourse our "Drifting On Sunshine"
He is a Sun Frost grandson, and line bred DRIFTWOOD.

This filly has versatility written all over her 😍

I'm absolutely impressed with this c**t. Sophie always does great for us but he just has that "Extra"

His dam is daughter of Sophisticated Cat, she is fully trained under saddle and was started in cutting but then injured, she is sound now.

His sire is our Drifter, he is used for all aspects of our Ranch work.

This little man will be a top notch rope horse or all around.
