PSA : It has been brought to my attention that another facility in the area may believe we are falsely using their address . I can confidently assure you we are located at 202 Cross Road in Crowes Mills - not Bulmer Cross road , not cross road Debert , not cross road in Great Village and not in Londonderry either .
I can also confirm we are not falsely attempting to associate ourselves with any other facility . I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused by Facebooks geographical settings. The issue is that Facebook does not allow Crowes Mills as a valid address so Debert is what comes up when we input the postal code . We love our clients and their furry friends so we wanted to clarify the address and not create more confusion or upset .

Today was a very special day , today we celebrated our sweet Archie boy . 8 years we have had the love of this gentle soul . He has blessed us with so many precious pups over the years and for that we are grateful.
Archie is the one who loves all things big and small , he has never offered to harm or threaten another creature , he is the very definition of kindness . If you are lucky enough to have an Archie puppy then I know you know what I mean . They are the most loving (maybe too loving ) dogs and just have a special way about them . He’s the reason for our business name , to Archie everyone is a friend .
Here’s a sweet picture from the day I brought him home in a cat carrier , he’s around 100lbs now his big ole head wouldn’t fit through the door of it .

We love you boy , so very much . Happy Birthday big yella fella ♥️

I have tried for so long to avoid doing this and making this post . Unfortunately it has been happening too frequently so here goes ….

I pay a very valuable employee to be here to bathe your dogs . I really don’t want to lose her . I also really don’t enjoy telling her in the morning when she wakes up that she doesn’t have work that morning . She switches her schedule around at her other job to work here . It’s unfair to her and it’s unfair to me to lose business because I have no time to fill your spot .

Everyone knows I try frequently to take dogs in on last minute notice for grooming , sometimes on my day off and I do my best to accommodate everyone all of the time . I feel like it isn’t a lot to ask to have that fairness reciprocated.

I am very understanding so someone who tells me 5 pm Monday that 9am Tuesday morning they can’t make it isn’t going to fall under this rule if it’s a one time thing . I would just ask for a little notice so we can have time to fill your spot please.

A second occurrence of no show , no notice or less than 24 hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of $25 which will be billed at the time of your scheduled appointment.

For a third occurrence in 12 months you will need to find yourself a new groomer.

None of this applies for weather related , serious illness or emergency situations.

Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain our standard of service to our valued clients.
