This meat head gets neutered today. We decided a long time ago that Chonk would not make the breeding program, but we allowed him to mature to 2 before having him altered. He is now ready to find a couch of his own. ❤️

CH. Revival's Solidarity Forever (PH .31/.31) is up for discussion.

We have made the tough decision to rehome Soli. We are looking for someone who is interested in getting involved in the breed and would like to campaign her in a way that we simply do not have time for with our busy family life. Co-own would be ideal as we'd love to use this girl in our program if the economy and dog world ever levels out, but we are also open to selling her outright to a serious buyer as we believe she is an exemplary bulldog who has potential to be a positive contribution to the breed.

We are in no rush and in the event that the right home does not come along, she will continue to be loved and fulfilled to the best of our abilities here.

Tonight Izzy sat down next to me and called "Moodle" over. A few minutes later I looked over and I noticed she was holding Noodle's paw. Just a girl and her dog, nothing to see here. 😍

We had the absolute pleasure of dog sitting one of our first babies (Shira x Buster 2019) this past month. Juno aka June-Bug formerly Mary aka Mar-Bear came with her sister while their owners were moving. As you can see from the photos, she fit right back in as if she'd never left. We feel absolutely blessed to have to gotten to spend a month with this sweet girl and are so thankful to her amazing new owners for letting us spend this time with her. We hope they plan another vacation soon so we can spend some more time with Mary-Duno (as Izzy affectionately nicknamed her).

Today 6 of our dogs donated blood to the Canadian Animal Blood Bank. It was our second time donating and all of the dogs did amazing again. Shira was spayed last Friday so she stayed home, but we brought the young Chonky boy and he was PERFECT. ❤️ As a bonus, he was also a universal donor which means we now have 7 universal donors in the house!!!! 🙌🏼 Talk about lucky. ☺️

We couldn't be more proud of these kids. We never expected to have 6 universal donors when we went out to donate blood for the first time, but knowing how high in demand it is, we will now be routine donors! ❤️

This handsome do**us is still looking for a breed experienced home. A home with no small animals preferred as he has medium to high prey drive and minimal experience with small animals. Now that I've taken a couple days to recover I think some thank yous are in order. This past weekend we hosted the 2nd Annual Crazy Canucks Fall Classic NKC American Bulldog show.

A huge thank you to not only our 3 amazing judges Candace Butler, George Graham and Pete Castaldi, but also to our fill in judges (Jackie Nichols, Rolo Nocciola and Beth Robinson) who came out to allow others to show their dogs and have a change of judges in the champion rings. Speaking of which, those champion rings were FULL and what tough competition it was! A big thanks to Polly Dake-Jones for ring stewarding and congratulations as a new NKC judge. ❤️

A special thank you to all of my friends and bulldog family who helped with show prep and handling. Linda Hayward & Tara Broadbent , we literally couldn't do it without your show prep help. Thank you to everyone who stepped in and showed dogs for me (Tara, Christina Doughty, Darryl Johnson, Madison Wikston). A huge thanks to my amazing husband for watching the kids all day so I could do what I love and an even bigger thank you for coming out and participating in the champion ring with Sokes, you sure know how to make my heart full. Thank you Alexa Baker for coming to hang out and take pictures. Thank you Nelle Watts for coming out and campaigning Bourbon! You've done incredible things with him and as a breeder, I am so proud! ❤️

Thank you to Darryl for coming out to do the fun events and making the call to cancel hardest hitting to keep the dogs and yourself safe. Also, Soli is still here waiting for you to take her for a visit. 😉

Thank you to my co-host Stephanie Gregson and her amazing kiddos for all of your help! We run a bomb ass show together.

AND lastly, thank you to all of the attendees and spectators who came out to make this show happen. The competition was incredible, despite having only 36 dogs entered.

Viktor and Tortellini champed this weekend and both Chonk and Frisket are now one major/minor away from champing!

Today we did something fun!!!! Oxford County Veterinary Clinic hosted a blood donor clinic with the Canadian Animal Blood Bank and we took 6 of our dogs to participate. Did you know that American Bulldogs are often universal donors? We learned that a couple weeks ago when our vet reached out to see if we would be interested in participating. So naturally we loaded up the entire crew and took them out to see if they were indeed universal donors. To our surprise ALL 6 were universal donors! Shira, Tortellini, Ahsoka, Bones, Senora and Soli all gave blood today. All of the dogs loved the attention they got, none were even slightly bothered by the experience and besides Tort and Soli being slight wiggle worms, the entire process was a breeze. 6 full units of blood donated today and this certainly won't be our last time.

As you can see from the pictures, most of the dogs relaxed so completely that they nearly fell asleep!!! We did however miss getting a photo of Tort. :(

Tipsy (Tequila x Petey) is spayed, up to date on vetting and waiting patiently to find her forever family. She is a sweet girl who was a bit of a wild child in her younger days. At just over two years old she's mellowed out a touch and has become quite the good girl. She loves to play rough with other dogs and would be best suited to a home with another tolerant bully dog!

Angus (formerly Wormtail - Tequila x Petey) was our pick male from this breeding and it pained us when his undescended testicle didn't drop forcing us to neuter him. He is a beautiful representation of the breed. Fortunately he was in an incredible co-own home where he now just gets to live the absolute best pet life! ☺️

Neville (Tequila x Petey) has a new sibling and he has hooves. 🤣 Yep, you saw right, that's a goat! We love the wild and awesome lives that the dogs we have produced get to live. This kid certainly gets his fair share of adventures!

We are proud of this handsome hunk Jack (formerly Draco - Tequila x Petey) Phenotypically he is everything we were hoping to produce with this breeding. Unfortunately he developed allergies which was new for us, but fortunately he's in the best pet home who spoils him and his sister Cola (frenchy to the right).

While we take a hiatus from breeding, I've been enjoying sharing some of our past productions. This is a fun pair because they are half sisters living in the same home. On left we have Ripley (formerly Pastini - Senora x Petey) and on right we have Loki (formerly Minie - Tequila x Petey). These spoiled girls are living it up in Nova Scotia!

Last, but certainly not least, we have Jojo (Shira x Buster). This sweet girl has been with us since she was born despite having realized she would not be part of our program over 2 years ago. We waited patiently for the perfect home to come along and when Nadine reached out to say she was considering adding another dog to her pack for Valentino (formerly Ravioli - Senora x Petey), we knew immediately who she had to have!

Jojo will be moving out east in June and we couldn't be more excited for her.

Juno (formerly Mary - Shira x Buster) was the hardest dog to have left this property, not only because I loved her, but because she was a soulmate dog to Randy. She truly had the most beautiful bond with him and it was really hard to let her go. Unfortunately some of the best decisions in life are the hardest and recognizing we had too many dogs to adequately fulfill them the way we wanted them to be fulfilled meant we had to make that hard decision.

Thankfully, the most perfect forever family came along and shortly thereafter they brought her home a sister to complete their pack.

This photo was shared with me by our amazing co-own home of Luna (Tequila x Petey on left) and Petey (Shira x Buster on right), these two are certainly living their best life. Petey has sired two litters for us and has produced some absolutely exceptional puppies. We have been fortunate to have him in our program and to have such amazing co-owners to campaign him in the show ring. With most of our breeding plans being messed up over the last 3 years, we have opted to retire Petey from our program and let him live the pet life from here on out. ❤️

Next up is Bandit (Shira x Buster 2019 - formerly Peanut). This guy was a handful and we wanted to make sure we placed him in a home who understood Bulldogs. When a longtime friend of ours showed interest we were elated. The resemblance of him to his momma is uncanny.

I'm going to take the next few days to show off some of our amazing productions who've gone to live their absolute best lives with families all over North America. I'm going to start with the pups from Shira x Buster 2019, our very first litter.

Can you spot Viktor? This handsome boy is living it up in New York. He has dog and cat siblings and his owners have a dog training business so he gets to hang out with new doggy friends all the time. We could not be happier about this placement.

This is 6 of the 14 dogs currently residing in our home. From left to right Soli, Ahsoka, Chonk, Bones, Kendall, Senora. Kendall is a rescue dog through Taffy's Legacy Canine Rescue & Rehabilitation and will hopefully be going to her new home soon. Chonk is looking for a home of his own. The other 4 are here to stay. Of the 8 dogs not pictured only 1 is a permanent resident, the rest are foster dogs through Taffy's Legacy. Given the state of the world, we felt it was important to take our focus off breeding for a while and give back to the rescue dogs.
