Happy Canada Day weekend!

We are in need of a sales associate in the Port Dover location. It is a position that requires a bubbly personality, knowledge of a retail environment where our customers are always the priority and some knowledge of pets of all kinds is helpful. You need to be physically fit and capable of lifting multiple bags of 25-35lb of food. It is a permanent position starting as part-time and aspiring to a full-time spot. Schedules are flexible but reliability is key. Your own transportation would be a definite asset.

We regret to inform you that one of our most popular treat brands (Benko) will be unavailable for a while as they had a fire at their facility and it burnt down earlier this week. Thankfully there were no injuries reported, but we will be unable to get anything in until Benko has a new facility up and running.

Both stores do still have a few options of Benko left, but that will be all we have until we hear otherwise, we will keep you updated when we hear more.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience, our staff is currently working on finding alternative options for your furbabies until we are able to get Benko back in again!

Our thoughts go out to the Benko Team and we wish you all the best!💞

We just wanted to give a great big shout out to Shelly Doyle! She came in and purchased a lot of bags of dog food and boxes of cookies to give to our local shelters! Then she came back and dropped off a Bird Cage and some crates ❤️ Country Charmes, really appreciated all the dog food and treats, and Bird Cage and create ❤️

Not sure why but someone has reported an advertisement I posted. So meta is threatening to shutdown this page.
Since the only thing we really advertise is our tooth cleaner I am guessing it has something to do with that. If it was a disgruntled customer (I hope not) you only had to reach out to me. If it was competition grow up!

Meta says they are investigating it for me and will let me know who and or why this is happened.

If they do restrict it I will unfortunately have to create a new page 😔

I'll update soon. They say 48 hours

Aww March come on spring. With spring comes spring cleaning. A good place to start is a great spring clean of your babies mouth. I suggest not waiting, February's event sold out fast. Contact Leyna and she will get you sorted. 😁 And so you are aware, she can do your kitty as well 🐱

I thought cool lets start a pets store that can service they needs of anyone who walks through the door. I researched raw I researched kibble is research everything possible to inform our customers as best I can what are good foods fantastic treats and awesome toys. Our reptilian and aquatic friends would also receive the same thoroughness in research as all others...well at least until I had to put a face to dinner lol These little buggers are so comical.
