I have had a few more people forgetting about their pups spa appointments. A no show is very hard for me to fill so even a 24hr notice that you can't make it would help me out a lot! I know it can be hard to remember when you have to book so far in advance but please feel fee to call or text me if you have forgotten when your next appointment is. I'm also working on a way to be able to send out automatic reminders!

Dear Valued Client

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hr notice.

Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hr will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be $20.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Cancellation fees are required to be paid in full before next scheduled appointment.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
