people ask me all the time . aren't you Afraid of "agressive " dogs? why don't you just turn them away like the last groomer? well this is why. 90% of "agressive " dogs are not agressive, they are scared . they just need someone willing to give them the time to trust , if it takes one appointment or 1 year , the feeling I get when a dog finally comes around and I gain their trust to make what I love to do everyday something they will enjoy getting done is words I can not express. gaining their trust,and eventually, their love is such a feeling that words do not justify ❤️ yes there are dogs that are agressive, the difference is to be able to read the body language and see if it is fear or just plain aggression. being a no cage , one on one groomer with no other dogs in the room at the same time has given me the opportunity to book the time I need to get the grooming experience done in a safe and relaxing environment so each dog feels as comfortable as possible with me ! that's what I love to see , that's how I love to work and that's my mission as a groomer ❤️ this video shows just how an "agressive " dog that probably would have just been euthanized for its behavior and "un adoptable " behavior can be and was saved! if I had the room and older children this would be my next life mission , for now I'll stick with my one on one grooming to make one less thing dogs need less scary ❤️
