I just want to send out a note to my clients. I appreciate you supporting me and bringing, and trusting me with your pups for daycare, they all have fun and love to play together. In the past couple of months people are cancelling their daycare day last minute, and therefore does not give me time to fill your spot. I have a schedule each week, and I count on that, and if you need to trade a day I am always happy to to my best to accommodate that. I understand that things come up and I am always willing to work with you when things do come up.
But.... just a friendly reminder I have a 48hr cancellation policy (which gives me a little time to find another dog to fill the spot). If you message me before 48hrs than I don't expect you to pay, but after 48 hrs you would be required to pay. This also, is the same for the no shows.
I really hate sending out this message, but I am feeling that I needed too, unfortunately.
