We only get one chance at making the most of our puppy’s socialization period. This is the most important period of development and it runs from 3 weeks to around 15-16 weeks of age!
Taking a puppy class will help you to help your puppy develop the skills to navigate the world confidently and in a safe way!

KINDERPUPPY SOCIALIZATION CLASS
A 6 week session. Cost: 205$+tax
Topics: Socialization, biting, housetraining, handling, intro to sit down and stand, leave it, come, walking on leash, etc.

BASIC:
A 6 week session. Cost: 205$+tax
Topics: Sit/down/stand (hand signal and verbal), stay, leave it, recall, watch, touch, walking in heel, etc.

INTERMEDIATE:
A 6 week session. Cost: 220$+tax
Topics: Clickers, targeting, to your place, added difficulty stays in sit, down and stand, focus heel, distance cues, etc.

Enrichment/Brain Games
A 4 week session. Cost 140$+tax
Topics: This class is all about enrichment: What, Why, How? Enrichment is something everyone with a dog should know about and provide for their canine friend! 2 new tricks each week plus games and activities to keep them mentally stimulated.

Monkey Business is collecting dog items for On Rock for their holiday baskets! On Rock help hundreds of West Island families year round. Several of those families have dogs and we would like to help them!

The donation deadline is December 11th

Learning to crawl in Brain Games!

Part of the homework for the Enrichment/Brain Games class is to submit a video of your dog doing a course. This can be with store bought agility props or stuff you have around the house! Here is a little compilation. ❤️

We love when we have puppies of all different sizes in class! One of the benefits of taking a Kinderpuppy class is that the puppies learn how to safely interact with each other, regardless of size! Here Sutton (Golden Retriever pup) is interrupted and redirected when Luna (pug x pup) ran so that Luna wouldn’t get accidentally jumped on. Let us know if you have any questions in the comments!

Kinderpuppy class! Socialization is about so much more than meeting dogs! Exploration should be fun!
