We are a volunteer run facility
The Dog Pool is available by appointment for swimming for fun and fitness, aqua therapy, learn to dock dive, dock diving training and dock diving practice. The Dog Pool will host several weekend NADD sanctioned competitions! Diving dogs is a canine sport in which dogs are enticed to run the length of a dock and leap as far out into the water as possible to compete f
or distance. They’re motivated to fly with a prized toy, which is thrown just out of reach in order to help them keep their momentum and get the best launch angle possible.

Come cheer on your favourite dogs! They love the crowd! We have a food truck, vendors and raffles! Bring a lawn chair and be amazed at how far these dogs launch into the pool! Splash Zone is a perfect spot on a hot day!

Lots of fun yesterday!
Some great swim confidence sessions! A couple of dogs blew me away!! They started on the ramp and were jumping right away. Moved to the baby dock and nailed it! Moved to the big dock and aced it!! So exciting to see some new dock divers!!

How easy is it to Book your pool time?

And that's it.
What to bring?
Towel
Toys that float
Treats that float if needed (freeze dried liver is the best)
We have loaner lifejackets.
What to expect at the pool?
Fun and to get wet.
Some dogs may not want to get in at first and that's okay Sometimes it can take a little bit for them to get used to it. Enjoy that moment of learning with your dog. Be prepared to assist your dog in the pool if needed.
No shoving or throwing dogs into the pool.
All appointments are private sessions. Reactive dogs welcome.
For subsequent sessions, please review all the class options and choose based on your goals. There is Private Swim, Work On Jumps, Instructional, Dock Dive Practice, Pool Parties and Half Day Rentals, Etc.
When booking please be sure to read the Pool Rules.

We played this last weekend at the event on Saturday. Some of the toys are marked with prizes, nice prizes. Each dog has a turn to jump in and bring back a toy and see if they won. Anyone, even spectators’ dogs can play.
What a fantastic 4 day event! Our best attended one to date!
We had several spectators, we played the Squeaky Toy Retrieve Game for prizes, there were raffle prizes, many awards for titles and personal bests! (I do not have pics of all the dogs that had pretty ribbons). … then at the end of the day after everyone is gone, Gracie decided that if I didn’t get into the truck and drive her home to feed her that she would drive herself home!

High Flyer Rocket has been such a fun student for the past couple of seasons. Throwing the bumper for him has been more than half of the learning curve. Look what happens when mum does her backyard homework on her throwing!!! She sets up a chair and a hoola hoop and tosses over the chair to land in the hoop at 22 feet from where she tosses from. Her tosses for Rocket were almost all consistent. This toss and jump in the video wasn’t a one off…. They achieved this multiple times in this session and jumping further than ever! Way to go Team Rocket!!!
