February 10th’s training walk with Emm for the doodle girls! These pups have been working on giving me engagement throughout our walk and practicing leash skills. Today I noticed a big improvement with all the focus I was getting, great work girls! 🐾❄️

It's doesn't get easier over time. To get the message that you won't be able to see them anymore. 3 years and 1 month. One of my first clients. We started in the backyard playing fetch and then we did block walks. Your mum brought a crazy puppy home. Then you helped me build my South Cowichan Pack The three of you. Whacky Wednesday started with just the 3 of you. I strive to be more than just a service provider. These dogs become family. I have been seeing Miska and her siblings almost 2-3 times a week for 3 years. How could they not be family? When Miska first started she has beaten the odds when she was given a few months to live. Over 3 years later, this little girl lived her best life! A few months ago she had to retire from hikes when her Cancer came back. But her and I still got our cuddle and play time every week. This week we said goodbye to our sweet girl Miska. I didn't know last Friday would be out last cuddle but I cherish it with my whole heart. I shed tears from missing you but also from remembering all our fun adventures over the last few years. I'm sending all my love to Miska's family. You truly are such amazing humans and you gave this little girl a reason to live life to its fullest! I am so sorry for your loss. ♥️ My dear Miska, don't worry I'll look after your brother for you on our adventures. I wont let Luna get to crazy either, you don't have to worry about putting her in her place anymore. You just rest and play with all the frisbees and chuck it's on that rainbow bridge. Miss you already little girl ♥️🐾
