Male Cat Needs New Home:
My husband and I are cat parents to three beautiful felines (2m, 1f). Apawphis, our youngest approximately 2 years old is looking for a new family and home. We have had Apawphis for a little more than a year but after many attempts to integrate him into the family our eldest cat, a female does not get along well with him. It has gotten to the point where the two older cats avoid Apawphis and he is often left alone. When Apawphis tries to play with our female cat she becomes distressed very quickly and we have had to separate them many times. The middle male cat is bonded very strongly with the female so we do not wish to separate them.
Apawphis is a kind, loving and extremely affectionate cat. He is very social with people, but awkward with other cats. He is shy at first but once he is comfortable he is very friendly and affectionate. He loves to cuddle at night, and has lots of playful energy. He loves to sing and chatter as he wanders around the house, and plays well independently and with humans. He play wrestles a bit rougher than our other cats, so we think that Apawphis would be a great single cat, or companion to another rambunctious rough-housing confident kitty.
Apawphis has been to the Duncan Cat Clinic and is up-to-date on his vaccines as of Aug 10, 2024. He eats a diet of wet and dry food but is not a picky eater. He has no known health conditions and has a healthy appetite.
Apawphis is a green-eyed tuxedo boy with a lot of love to share. We hate to give him up, but we think that it is the best move for the two kitties who aren’t getting along.
