Cooper finished his Trial Walks and has now joined Adventure Hikes with new friends! He did fantastic with his recall, sit-stays, and checking in! We can’t wait to get to know you more buddy! 💗

It’s been over 8 years now since we’ve been serving pet parents in the Cowichan Valley with our PAWsome Adventure Hikes and 11 years working with dogs total!

Time sure flies when you are having fun! 🤩❤️

Over all of this time we have learned so, so much about dogs and business, and we have changed so much from when we first opened back in March of 2017!

From taking packs of up to 16 dogs after much research and learning we decided to make a change to smaller groups and drive focus towards allowing much more individual attention during outings. Not only working recall but incorporating leash manners, healthy socializing, and calming down after play. We learned that we can have a tired and happy dog without them being overstimulated ✨✨

I am so proud of us having made it this far. I wasn’t sure where I wanted to take this business. Whether I wanted to grow it, or whether I wanted to keep things simple. And here we are now with multiple groups and multiple vans but one thing remains the same.. our vision to create happy, fun and most importantly safe outings that benefit dogs with little focus on quantity and a BIG focus on quality 💗🐾

We are so happy to be here and look forward to continuing servicing you and your best four-legged pals! 🐶🐕🐾

I can’t tell you what it means to me. With the ups and downs of the last year, a lot of things have happened. There has been heartbreak, loss, grieving, and a whole ton of self discovery, self-confidence, lessons, goodbyes (one I could have said less kind 😅), and so, SO much love, kindness, and awesomeness! Through it all, we have had the most incredible support, and I seriously couldn’t be more thankful. My heart is SO FULL. Because of you we get to live this dream every day, and GROW 💗🌱🌿
