Hi everyone! 👋🏻😻
The reason you haven’t seen a post from this page for a while is because my account was compromised and I lost administrative access. I haven’t received any messages sent to this page since December 22nd. I apologize to anyone who likely felt ignored. After much persistence on my part, Facebook finally restored Finding Felines Lost and Escaped Cats. However, considering how long it took, I will not be posting any lost or found cats on this site. Instead, I’ll be continuing with the new page, Finding Felines. Location: He was hit in between Mill Bay vet and the Serious Coffee at approximately 9am.
Date: December 18, 2023
Description: Black and white short hair.
Details: No tattoo or microchip. He didn’t appear like a stray. He was a nice healthy size, some scars on his ear tips, but he looked young. Nice white teeth.
He is at Mill Bay vet and will be held for a couple days.

Details: We probably noticed her in the area 8 months ago. Just assumed it was a neighbors. After speaking with the neighbors it wasn't theirs. We started leaving food outside for her because I caught her in the garbage, and within a couple weeks she was comfortable enough for us to pet her. She purrs, exposes her belly, so definitely domesticated. We believe it’s a girl. She has a saggy belly which makes me think she's fixed.

Details: Male, dark tabby. Age: 5 years. Healthy, very skittish, neutered, tattooed and microchipped.
Lost from 1960 Gillespie Road in Sooke, but we have a lot of folk coming and going so it is possible he got in a vehicle.

Details: This well fed large free roaming outdoor unneutered cat was tragically hit and killed at the corner of East Sooke Road and Speyside Lane in the past couple of hours. No ear tattoo, no collar, and assuming no microchip. He was moved to the side of the road on the corner across from the stop sign if someone is looking for him. Sorry this happened to you kitty...

This cat has been coming quite steadily for 2 weeks now to eat with the ferals already established there. This is off Allenby Road in Duncan behind the Ts'i'ts'uwatul Lelum Assisted Living building.
