What an incredible weekend!! 😁

Saturday we got to trailer in & watch some amazing Driving horses compete at the Little Royal Walkerton Fall Fair. These horses are incredible to see! Have you seen the 6 horse hitch? This is a must see!

Sunday we competed in our last fall fair of the season in Walkerton. What a huge success the event was with over 60 horses attending and huge classes. The leadline class had over 30 competitors in it! We also can't forget to mention our special friend Brad & C**t who were in this class and did an amazing job! 🤠

Thank you to all of our friends, family & amazing clients who trust us with your horses. We are honored for you to choose us to either trailer for you, or teach your children how to ride. We look forward to working with you folks for the next show season.

Whew.. what a great show season at RBR Saddle Club. Today was the last show of the season and I am so proud of all of my students, fellow barn riders and of course the parents. There were a lot of late nights and early mornings prepping for the shows, it's amazing to see the improvement of the riders. We can't wait to see what next year brings for us with this incredible crew.

It's been a crazy couple of weeks around here at the farm. From Durham Fall Fair & RBR show to lessons, trucking all over Ontario & prepping some performance horses for the U.S.

We love doing our job and are so thankful to all of our supporters, it takes a village and many hands to pull off what we do. Here's a few photos to enjoy!

Just a reminder - we are coaching Wednesday night this week and taking Thursday and Sunday off.

We had a fantastic time visiting our friends in Fergus today! It was so nice visiting the residents at Crescent Care, the smiles say it all. Thanks for having us! We love bringing Pat to visit everyone.

We have had a fantastic week with the kiddos this week during our 🌞 summer break 🌞 kids camp!

Tomorrow is the last day of camp, if you're thinking about it we still have a few more spots for our last day tomorrow.

This week we saw new and old friends, and spent time with the horses & ponies. We enjoyed our instructed lessons and took in a few trail rides. Learning how to groom and take care of our horses is very important.

Thanks for supporting our camp! We had a blast.

🏝️ 🌞 2024 Summer Break Camp ⛱️ 🌞

Join us at Crazy A Lazy J Ranch for Summer Break!

Monday, July 29 th to Friday, Aug 02, 2024.

Start time 9am - Pick up time 2pm.

Ages 4 to 14.

Cost $350 (HST included for the week)

Day rate: $75.00 per day.


No experience necessary!

Send your kids on an incredible adventure here at our farm! Daily activities will include feeding baby bottle calves, tending to our goats, and of course looking after our ponies & horses.

We spend a ton of time in the saddle, while doing lots of fun drills to improve or build on new riding skills. We also start from the ground up and learn the fundamentals, proper leading, grooming, tacking up and basic horse care.

We love trail riding with our horse and ponies! We plan on taking advantage of the nice weather and enjoying our trail rides during this camp.

We also go for small nature walks, and enjoy crafts and other fun activities with making new friends.

Parents; please pack a lunch for your child daily and send along a water bottle for them. We will have snacks and refreshments available.

First Show of the 2024 year in the books. We had a blast showing in Teeswater with the barn family, thanks for having us RBR. What a blast!

Coming this Saturday June 1st at 11am our cows, calves and bull from our highway 4 location will be on offer at Carsons Auction just outside of listowel. This is a good herd of cattle, our family can easily and frequently do walk through these cows. Good natured mother's and easy to handle and calve out. Registered Charolais Bull 3 years old. All cows will be preg checked at sale. Reason for sale our hauling buisness has picked up and do not have time for the cattle.

The warm weather of spring brings new colour to the North. Let us know if you're looking for a flashy new equine partner.

Update - we've received an overwhelming response. We do not have them photographed or videoed yet, but we are setting up showings for serious buyers. We have rode every single on of these horses and they are legit. Starting prices on most are $5000 to $6500, with the exception of the red roan gelding posted at $15,000. The large bay AQHA gelding is Sold Pending.

Please give us a call to set up a time, these horses will sell quickly and we are not heading back for a few months.
