Less than 2 weeks until our Annual event, Barks at the Bar! There will be Taco appetizers and cash bar, musical entertainment by The Electric Company Band , silent auction, and raffle prizes! We have to say, the Silent Auction items are great!

We are unfortunately low on ticket sales and would like to ask that you consider spending a night with us. All money raised helps us continue rescuing dogs. Why not get a few friends together and spend a night with us ❤

Today is the day! Our barks at the bar event is taking place at 630pm at O2s clareview! We have over 90 auction items, a merchandise sale, a cash 50/50, squares raffle and a liquor basket raffle!!
Come by and say hi to our very hard working volunteers and perhaps bring yourself home a little something something! (Did I mention we have over 90 auction items???)

We are selling our pawcasso prints, cards, canvases for the month of July!!

Like what you see? comment that you would purchase under the photo and we will send you a message with further instructions. Pick up August 7 at the hart space between 10-12pm.

Also....We will have an auction on our canvases & framed prints July 17 - 31 @ 4pm. Pictures are posted now :)

July 1 we are hosting a hART pawcasso online art sale for the month of July!!! The photos have been posted under the "hART in July album". We are selling cards, prints and art kits - we do have limited items available, therefore the sales will be first come first serve.

If you would you like to purchase, please comment on the individual photo with qty you would like and someone will message you as soon as they can! Pick up to be August 7 between 10-12 at the hart space.

also.. stay tuned.. we will be hosting an online auction July 24 - July 31 consisting of our framed art pieces and canvases!!!

1. We will be looking for donations of art work from local artists to sell in July for harts art walk (or online art auction)

2. We will be having our barks online auction in November again this year and it’s never to early to collect donated auction items!

ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES

By participating in the hart online auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

1. Bidding will open at 12:00 noon on Thursday Nov. 26/20, and closes at 8 p.m. on Sunday Nov. 29/20. The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange payment via e-transfer.

Payment is due within 3 days of auction close.

Once payment has been processed, arrangements for pick-up of the item will be determined. Shipping is not available.

2. When you place a bid, you are agreeing to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder. Do not remove your bids once placed. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. All items are “as is”. If however there is an issue with your purchase (i.e. new, boxed electronics), please let us know immediately so we can contact the manufacturer for warranty replacement. hart is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.

3. To make a bid for this, simply type the amount you wish to bid in the comment section of the item. The opening bid on each item must be at least the minimum bid. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of $1. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided. In comment area, please only put in amount $ bid, as this makes it clear what the last bid is for the next person wanting to bid on that item.

4. The value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised.

5. Once the auction is declared closed, the last bid entered on the comment section that adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid. In the event of a dispute, the Online Silent Auction Chair will act as the final authority.

6. Any item left unclaimed/unpaid after 3 days of auction close will be offered to the next highest bidder.

7. Any bids placed before the auction begins will be deleted to be fair to all participating.

8. Winning bidder will be contacted to arrange pick up.

9. Items not picked up within three weeks of auction close will be regarded as a donation back to hart.
