What an impact we made this year with Help Portrait! Together, we had the honor of serving and celebrating over 300 amazing individuals in our community through the power of a photography experience.

I have been the organizer of Help Portrait in Edmonton for the past 2 years and part of the event for about 10 years. Help Portrait is a global movement where photographers, hair and makeup artists, and volunteers come together to provide free portraits to individuals and families in need, creating meaningful memories and spreading hope.

Thanks to the generosity of my family and friends, we provided beautiful wardrobes, while talented hair and makeup artists helped each person look and feel their best. Photographers captured their unique stories, and we completed the experience with on-site printing (all thanks to ) and framing, ensuring every portrait was ready to be cherished.

This process is a true labor of love, and it’s a reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together. Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, skills, and hearts to make this happen. Here’s to creating lasting memories and spreading hope. ❤️

Different organizations have different means to help the community. It could be food or even clothing.

I’m beyond thrilled and honoured to share that I’ve made World Photographic Cup Team Canada 2025! Representing Canada on this incredible stage—the Olympics of photography—feels absolutely surreal. 🇨🇦📸

While I can’t share my image just yet, I just have to say: being a wedding photographer is more than a job—it’s a love story I get to tell every single day. Capturing moments that mean the world to others is what makes my heart full, and this recognition is a reminder of why I do what I do.

I discussed what I am truly believe in the most, connections with my couples and capturing true emotions. All of my couples sessions and weddings have this!

I’m absolutely thrilled to have received 2 major awards at the Alberta image competition put on by the Professional Photographers of Canada! I achieved Best in Class in not just one but both the Wedding Open and Wedding Album categories!

My weekend was an absolute hoot, filled with fun and inspiration with my wonderful photography friends!

Is anyone else reminiscing about summer 2024? I met a lot of new couples and had really grasped the importance of what I do. I get to capture love, and bottle it up in a photo.
