Zephyr is an 8 year old Grade gelding we believe is an Arabian cross. He is broke walk, trot, canter in an indoor and outdoor arena. He has been exposed to obstacles and jumps in hand and handles new situations well. He is started with lateral work. He stands approximately 14.2hh and has a slender, but sturdy build (I am 5'11" and ride him with ease). Zephyr will be exposed to trails as soon as time and weather permits - we also have plans to take him to a small local show for some offsite, show exposure. He has seen the barrel pattern as well.

He is currently in part time training with myself and his price will increase as training progresses.

Zephyr would make a fantastic gymkhana mount, endurance mount or all round mount. Zephyr has smooth transitions from every gait and a canter you could ride all day (smoothest canter I've ever ridden).

Zephyr is UTD on vaccinations, Farrier and vet work. He stands good for the Farrier. Ties, cross ties. I haven't trailered him since he arrived, but he loaded and hauled well when he did.

Zephyr is good with other horses and is usually lower in the pecking order. He is good to catch.

Zephyr can be cinchy, but if you go slow he is fine -- he is getting better with this every ride. He is also not a fan of water, but is being worked with on it.

He is priced at $6500 obo and his price will increase with training.

A quick introduction:

I'm Jenna, and I'm a horse trainer just outside of Sherwood Park. AB. I've been riding for 30 years and training for 12. I take a horse first approach and treat every horse as my own. Rosi Halo aka Halo is a 4 year old registered Iberian warmblood (half Percheron, half Andalusian) mare that stands roughly 16hh and is broke w/t/c with exposure to cattle, roping and trail miles.

Halo is currently with me to get a refresher as she has not been ridden since the fall.

Training:

Halo spent 2 months with Lainee Zaparaniuk of True North C**t Starting in the summer of 2022 where she learned lunging, long lining, cross trying, fre jumping and was started undersaddle lightly.

In 2023, Halo spent 2 months with Aiden Magnussen who introduced her to cattle work, roping, trail riding and picking her transitions up better.

Both trainers were impressed with Halo's calm acceptance of new things. Halo is a very smooth ride and would excel in trails or obstacle work. She also has the size to make a nice rope horse.

Halo is usually middle to top of the herd (she is currently boss over my two geldings that are penned with her). She is use to dogs and cows as well as pigs and chickens. Halo has been led around with kids on her and she is not bothered by traffic.

Halo trailers and hauls well. Is good for the vet and Farrier and is up to Date on her vaccinations, worming and Farrier work.

Halo would be best suited for a confident rider, an intermediate and up.

Halo is currently priced at $12,### and open to offers.

Meet Diego!

Diego is a coming 7 year old registered half Arabian Palomino gelding that is in to be started under saddle. Diego and my project horse, Zephyr, became best friends quickly - so much so that you catch one and both think they are caught.

With this sudden cold snap, both boys are snuggled up in blankets with extra forage, water 24/7 and a nice shelter.... they are both on a short break from training as temperatures drop to minus 50 overnight with the Windchill and not much warmer during the day.

Quick update on Zephyr -- he is now going Walk and trot under saddle -- I will post videos and pictures once I get some after this cold snap.
