Dynamo Dogsports (https://dogsport.org) was founded in 2010 by a group of people who loved their dog

The Dynamo Dogsport Allstar Entertainment group highlights our most talented dogs and owners, who love to entertain the crowds with their speed, enthusiasm, and antics. We are always looking for new opportunities for our talented canines to showcase their abilities in our Dynamo Dog performances. In our Dynamo Dog competitions the fast flowing courses are fun to watch and fun to play with both Gra

nd Prix courses and Circular Chase (two dogs running head to head over a course with tunnels and jumps). In our competitions there is also a Frisbee and High Jumping event, for those who want to test their dogs against both minimum standards and the best in the country. The fast paced Tunnel Relay event allows 3 dog teams to have fun racing against other teams, and against the clock, to try to win the competition, break the record for fastest team time, and/or garner points toward titles. All of our events are designed to be fun to play AND fun to watch... but always remember that as much as they love to entertain the crowds, first and foremost, our dogs are our companions, our friends, and our family.

Okay our club is a gluten for punishment!!!

We have just put in a bid to host AAC Nationals 2025 and 2026. I reached out to the Quebec folks this year at Nationals to let them know our intention, and really hope that it might be in Quebec for 2027. But since it was in Ontario for two years, we figured this would even things out, give us more sponsorship options, price reductions for multiple year expenses etc.

So the bid has to go through the AAC approval process, and of course there may be other bids submitted, which the AAC would then have to decide on. But just wanted to reach out and let folks know that there is a bid for Nationals in the works for those years.

It’s trial week and our SUMMER FUN trial this weekend is open for entry until tomorrow!

Congratulations to all who received titles at our Belated Canada Day Trial!

It was also the first time running Biathlon!! The courses were fun and challenging and we have the Biathlon courses running again this weekend so be sure not to miss out!! See ya there!

PS… check out the bottom of the board! We are just 7 months into the year and 136 titles have already been earned at Dynamo this year!

If NO other club from the west side of the Country is considering hosting the AAC National Championships in 2025, then Dynamo will consider putting in a bid to host. But we do NOT want to step on toes, so if anyone has heard of another bid coming up, or is planning another bid, please let me know asap. Thanks!

Dynamo ran FOUR Scent Hurdle teams this weekend! The dogs who were in their very first tournament really showed the promise of the Scent Hurdle Dogs they are going to become; and the experienced dogs were awesome, putting in some sub 30 second team times! Here are Skadattle, Mischief, Pica, and Icy, showing some pretty good scent skills...

Even with the wet and rain the dogs still have free access to outside and some dogs just Love it out there! The big upside to not having cement is the dogs get nice soft ground but the turf makes sure they don’t come in covered in mud 😂
