Some of our very special friends have crossed the rainbow bridge recently.
We had the pleasure of knowing and working with Nova, Duke and Hemi.
They will be missed, but they will live forever in our hearts.

Yesterday was a bitter sweet day at the pool. A little over a year ago this little red dog came to the pool, unsure and dealing with some bad knees…and with surgery and lots of calm reassurance she became a little powerhouse!
She can swim like the best of them and takes stairs like it’s no big deal. It has honestly been so amazing to know this little red dog and her humans that it is sad to see them leave, not only Edmonton but Canada for a new adventure!
We wish them the best life and hopefully they will find another swim coach that loves her just as much as we do.
Good luck and you’ll always have a spot in our hearts ❤️

It’s with great sadness that our favorite famous swimming feline has succumbed to his illnesses.

not only had kidney issues but was dealing with an aggressive case of pancreatitis. After weeks of medications, numerous visits and extended stays at the vet, his body couldn’t fight anymore.

We are so heartbroken and we’ll miss him very much.

Marlow and her “big little” sister Roo came for a swim today. Roo just loves the water and had the biggest smile…whereas Miss Marlow would rather just have snacks! 😜
Either way fun was had!

Sending positive energy to our favorite swimming cat…
has been feeling under the weather and has been going to the vet a lot this week.

The vets have discovered he is having some issues with his kidneys and is under vet care…so unfortunately he won’t be at the pool for a bit until he gets the all clear.

Until then please send some extra love his way. ❤️

Who loves Senior Saturdays at the pool!!!
I do!!!
Pepper, Disco, Prestley and Venkman are such a joy and seeing them get so much benefit from warm water hydrotherapy makes me love what I do even more. ❤️

Happy New Year!

Wow!!! What a year!!! 2023 saw 241 dogs (133 new faces) and one famous cat splashing in our pool this year. We had some epic accomplishments - Disco celebrating 100 sessions and Pippi learning to swim in record time comes to mind. We were also graced to work with some beautiful souls that sadly are now splashing at the 🌈 bridge…they will forever be remembered. We had lots of laughs, splashes, triumphs and tears and both of us wouldn’t change it for the world. We are so thankful for each and every client that walks through our doors and we cannot wait to see them in 2024! Have the best New Year and don’t forget to get a cold nose kiss at midnight!! We had such a fabulous day yesterday. Spent the day with Tamara and the Border Collie Bingo gang trying out the agility equipment. Winnie did really well and loved the dog walk and A frame. She was not as keen on the tunnel but that will come. Thanks Tamara and Don for sharing your day and your beautiful space with us!!!!

A few days ago we had the privilege of teaching three 8 week old French bulldogs to swim! Oh the fun that way had!! Baby Rex, Ellie and Bobbie were too cute. Bobbie has went to his new home, but Rex and Ellie are still waiting for their forever homes...if you're interested let us know <3

And that’s a wrap! 2022 was a great year at the pool. This striking dog is Dugan. He's a 11 year old GSD. Dugan served as a loyal companion and search dog for most of his years. He is currently experiencing the detrimental effects of degenerative myelopathy and is slowly loosing function in his hind end and retrieving balls used to bring him great happiness…now is something that he struggles to do for as long as he wants to do. HOWEVER…in the water his limitations don’t stop him and he has the best time! So if you have a dog that doesn’t have the ability that he used to have, message us and see if we can bring the joy back using water!

Second swim for Eaux today. He’s all go go go with a bit of splash to get his ball and on the return he swims like a rock star! Did some jumps for his ball but he prefers to launch! No one stays dry when he comes to swim that’s for sure ❤️❤️❤️
