We would like to inform you of some upcoming changes and temporary adjustments to our services due to an upgrade to our practice management system.
Practice Management System Upgrade:
Our system upgrade is now scheduled for Monday, May 5th. This enhancement will allow us to serve you more efficiently and effectively.
Temporary Suspension of Appointment Reminders:
Due to this delay, our patient appointment reminders have not been sent out as usual. We anticipate that this service will resume shortly after the transition to the new system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
Adjusted Appointment Scheduling:
To allow our staff adequate time to train on the new system, we will be limiting the number of patient appointments in the weeks following the upgrade. This measure ensures that we continue to provide the high-quality care you expect from us.
Early Closure for Inventory Count:
Please note that we will be closing early at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3rd, to conduct an inventory count necessary for the system transition.
Food and Prescription Orders:
To facilitate a smooth transition, we kindly request that all food and prescription orders be placed on or before Friday, April 25th, and picked up and paid for by Wednesday, April 30th. This will help us ensure that all records are accurately transferred to the new system.
We apologize for any inconvenience these temporary changes may cause, and appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this period. Our goal is to enhance our services and provide you with the best possible care.
