There is so much more to vet nursing than cuddling puppies and kittens - although that is a great perk! Have a look at the picture below and see just how much of what vet nurses do goes unseen by clients.

Throwback Tuesday.

We were clearing out some old documents the other day and came across this gem.

In 2001, we did a customer satisfaction survey for Dr Nick. He had recently taken over the clinic from his mom, Dr Susan Beck, and we were curious to get feedback from clients.
We still see many of the clients who responded to our survey (including the one in the photo), and still hear that ‘word of mouth’ or referral is how most people wind up with us.
And yes, ‘phone books’ were still a thing 😂.

As always, please watch your dogs around all the chocolate goodies that will find their way into your home this weekend!

Also keep an eye out for any candies or gum that may have xylitol. Xylitol is extremely toxic to dogs and is found in many 'sugar free' items.

Amy’s House is an ‘affordable home for families who must travel to Edmonton for cancer treatments or any other serious illness who need a place to stay while going through their challenging time’.
Amy’s House is in loving memory of Amy Alain, who was an incredible human being. Her smile and energy could light up a room.
