Hello everyone! We will be at the Fulham Christmas Bazarr next Saturday on November 25th at the Fulham Community Center from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm! We will have an excellent selection of snuffle mats & medium & small snuffle balls for your fur babies! Tons of vendors and a great concession on site as well! Come down and say hi! We will be there both days (December 10th & 11th) at the Edson Royal Canadian Legion from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm both days! We have a great selection of small & medium snuffle balls & regular snuffle mats! Make sure you come down early though because once they’re gone, they’re gone!

We hope everyone had a great Christmas & a wonderful New Years! Here is our first huge order for 2022! You will be able to find most of these great Snuffle Pups snuffle mats & balls at Solstice Veterinary Clinic in Hinton!
Also a little note, in light of nearly all of our materials going up in price as of late, we are unfortunately going to have to up our prices by $5 per item ($10 per large ball & large mat) just to cover some of the costs of materials. 😔 It’s definitely not ideal, but we take pride in the quality of our hand-made items & hope that you all will understand! If the snuffle mats & balls are taken care of properly they should last your pup many, many years! 🖤

The Christmas Farmers Market runs tomorrow & Sunday December 18th & 19th from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Edson Royal Canadian Legion. Grizz says you better come down ASAP & grab your last minute (or start shopping for your) locally made Christmas gifts! There are TONS of vendors & we expect to sell out of our stock quickly! Once it’s gone, it’s gone! So make sure you come down & get the items you want from all the vendors there!

So, so happy to be able to help out in clinic at Solstice Veterinary Clinic in Hinton, Alberta! We stocked them up last week with a handful of mats and a couple balls! Also, Dr. Sobchuk is fantastic & does absolutely everything she can for our furry kids! Highly recommend her & Solstice Vet Clinic for all your & your furry bff’s veterinary needs!

We are busy making a ton of new products for the first Christmas Farmers Market of the season here in Edson! It will be on November 20th & 21st at the Edson Royal Canadian Legion from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm! Make sure you come down & get your furry little friends their very own presents! Please friends! Do NOT give your precious fur babes these “treats” this holiday season, or anytime for that matter! If you want a healthy chewy treat for your dog please consider bully sticks or a raw bone as an alternative! With supervision of course 😊
A warning regarding the Christmas treats many stores are now starting to stock for dogs.
Many of these so-called treats end up with the dog "enjoying" some time in a veterinary surgery over Christmas.
The vast majority of these rawhide products and treats come from China.
The chews are made from cattle or horse hides and their journey starts with the hides being soaked in a toxic sodium sulphide to remove the hair and fat. More chemicals are used in order to split the hide into layers which is then washed with hydrogen peroxide to give the white "pure" look and remove the rancid smell. Now comes the pretty festive colours and the glue to form cute shapes.
On testing, these chews have shown traces of arsenic, mercury, chromium and formaldehyde.
If that wasn't bad enough, they regularly cause intestinal blockages, poisoning from chemical residue and choking.
The chews go slippery when wet and are near impossible to get hold of to save a choking dog.
Please leave them in the shop where they belong or if some well meaning person buys them for your dog put them safely away for later, then throw them in the bin!
Please be safe with your dogs!

Sorry we've been so quiet on here lately! We took the summer off to vacation with our families & spend time with the dogs!
We also had an unspeakable tragedy happen & we lost one of our canine Snuffle Pups founders in a horrible accident.
We are just starting to feel back to ourselves after losing Rudy in September & we will be back at the Edson Farmer's Market this Friday October 29th from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Edson Royal Canadian Legion.
