We have 1 hybrid board spot available as early as July 1st, and 1 hybrid board spot available August 1st.

At $450 hst included our hybrid board includes the following

- 12X12 matted stall with ample fresh premium wood shavings for inclement weather
- water buckets dumped and scrubbed daily when indoors
- 1 grain feeding daily (grain provided by owner)
- blanket changes/ boots on and off as needed

We strive on top quality care for your equine partner in our small drama free family like facility, large mixed herd with ample shelter access throughout entire paddock area (4 shelters in total) water trough with 24/7 access to clean water (dump and scrubbed daily in the summer and during non icy weather in the winter and water trough also has heaters in winter) water is checked and filled twice a day. Paddocks are scraped and cleaned yearly, great hay grown on the farm given in 3 covered feeders. Summer time the herd is able to access two fields full of lush grass on a 4 week rotation for constant healthy grass growth so that horses always have ample grass.

Facility boast a 12 stall barn with large tack lockers, heated feed room and washroom as well as security cameras all throughout the property in the barn as well as paddocks for 24hr eyes on watch. A large round pen, large outdoor arena with jumps, barrels, weaving poles. We do not have an indoor arena. Arena and round pen are harrowed daily during the summer months. Ample of trails throughout property and around property! On site certified coach, but more than welcome to have off site coach as long as they have proper insurance. We strive off making the farm also enjoyable for boarders so whether you’re wanting to ride or just be in the presence of horses we have that all covered with a nice shaded tent with lawn chairs, fire pit and swimming pool for the summer enjoyment. As well as a heated lounge with complimentary wifi and snack and beverages for boarders to enjoy.

MEET THE COACH

Justine started riding at the age of 5 years old and instantly fell in love. Throughout the years she has learned multiple disciplines and has found a real love in the hunter and jumper discipline where she then competed from schooling shows all the way to the gold circuit as well as done several clinics to always gain more knowledge from professionals throughout the years.

Certified through Equine Canada Justine has over 8 years of coaching under her belt from training beginners the ropes of how to establish a proper connection with their equine partners from the ground up to helping advanced riders develop young horses through proper training to conquer future endeavours together as a team. Justine has helped break, train and develop all levels of horses from young foals- troubled rescued horses with hard past traumas. With experience in the hunter and jumper discipline she strives on a proper well balanced teaching regime, through positive and informative teaching from ground work to training for competition with safety of both rider and horse being an at most top priority.

12 year old 16hh Canadian paint mare.
Due to no fault of her own just a change in owners life circumstances Bree is looking for a new address and person. She is a GREAT mare that is very much a been there done that horse. WTC in a frame 10 plus movement, great jump and can take a joke. She hacks well alone or in a group. Trails, roads, water she doesn’t blink at anything but that being said is an animal and has had the odd *small jump* on things like large transport trucks passing by. Has done it all western, jumpers, hunters, eventing, dressage. Beginner friendly lots of miles showing with no prep needed. And not a mean bone in her body. Easy keeper as she currently lives outside 24/7 with minimal grain and gets fat off just hay and grass. Barefoot and UTD on all shots and ferrier. PPE welcome as well as trails!
