****General Reminders****

We ask for all of our pet parents to please be patient with us at pickup.
We try to be as efficient as possible however, as you know this is our only face to face time with you to discuss your dogs day/behaviour.
We understand everyone would like to get home with their pup as soon as possible, however please give us grace when we are needing to speak to a pet parent.
Another reminder that only ONE pet family in the lobby at a time, this is for YOUR safety as not all of our pups are stranger friendly. With this in mind, leave some space outside the door for them to exit.
