📝An Open Letter to Veterinary Practice Managers, as it is Veterinary Practice Managers week!!Your job is really hard. You’re responsible for not only the health of your practice but also the health of your team. You manage spreadsheets and drama between coworkers. You develop SOP‘s and a healthy culture. You train, you coach, you guide, you believe in people. You make schedules and often work the floor to give your team members time off. You deal with angry clients and angry employees. You’re responsible for all of this, yet often your team questions what exactly you do with your time. And some of you do all this with very little, if any, management or leadership training. 💙I see you. I see your struggles and your desire to grow into the best leader you can be. I see your deep compassion for the animals, clients, and employees you serve. This is Veterinary Practice Manager Appreciation Week and in case you aren’t flooded with acknowledgment, please know I am shouting from the rooftops…YOU ARE APPRECIATED! 🎉 Morgan!!
