Nope, there is no prerequisite for Puppy 2.0! This class only requires pups to be between 4-6 months of age.

Puppies under 4 months are a sponge for information! During this stage, our puppies are forming habits through repeating behaviours - good AND bad. This is why we recommend socializing our puppies before this age to encourage positive interactions with new people, places, and other animals, in a controlled environment with like-minded puppy parents. These foundational skills will help you and your puppy to nurture a stronger bond and mold your best canine companion.

Hello former Bold Canine graduates 🎓

Trailchasers – our canine class that’s more popular than a squirrel in a dog park – is now open to all Bold Canine Level 1 graduates! In these classes, we challenge your dog’s obedience, social manners, and behaviours, much like a pop quiz but more fun. From leashed dogs to bike-riding humans, distractions abound – it’s the ultimate test of your dog’s focus and manners.

We do have one sad bit of information though… Unfortunately, the trails in Erin are under construction. Don’t worry! We are going to be creative and come up with some other options. In the meantime, our first Trailchaser class of the year will be held at the Bold Canine facility, outside.

This session is open to the first 15 dogs who register.

Date: Wednesday July 31st
Time: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Location: 9609 Sdrd 17, Erin, Ontario
Cost: $30+hst per dog
Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather.... and don’t forget your dog!!

Hello Grand Valley!

It’s officially springtime! Everyone wants to spend some much-needed time outside with their furry friends during this time of year.

Hold on!!! Why does Fido find it difficult to interact with people and other dogs now? How come he’s pulling so much? When I ask him to sit, why won’t he comply?

Our canine friends can get excited about the warmer weather, just like us. It might be time to schedule some much-needed training for Mr. Fido given all the commotion.

At Bold Canine, we’re experienced in all kinds of behaviour. From basic obedience to reactivity. We’ve got you covered.
