I am open for EMERGENCIES ONLY!!

An emergency is: severe matting on the body, nails causing foot pain (bent toes, growing into pads), severe eye buildup (eye gunk so severe it is causing eye problems), dog has health issues (diabetes, Cushing etc) that require shorter hair for medical reasons.

What is not an emergency: minor tangles, dog is scruffy or too hairy, dog has hair hanging in face, dog is shedding, dog is smelly.

If your dog does not fall into the emergency category please do not call me, I can't do anything about the rules unfortunately.

I’m just coming on here to address Doug Fords announcement today with stage 1 reopening. Grooming has been given to go ahead to start accepting clients starting Tuesday May 19, with this news I understand many clients are anxious to get their beloved furry family members in to be groomed,but please be patient with me.
As many of my clients know I have children at home, who are still not back to school so I will not be grooming 5 days a week as I usually do.
My clients that I have had to canceled due to Covid-19 will be called and rebooked first,than I will be calling clients on my list.


Regarding payments at this time I am asking that clients use EMT before picking up their pet, or cash in an envelope with exact amount as I won’t have change to give back.

Due to high call volume right now if you are calling to book an appointment and I am unable to answer the phone please leave a detailed message with a phone number and I will get back to you. Thank you for patience and understanding 🐾 🥰
