I really dislike making these post but due to the increased number of incidence it’s required.
Please note going forward if you have a boarding with a broad date span or a in-home care with many days I will be asking for a deposit as soon as you book in.
Please review your contract, page one, for deposit and cancellation info.
Normally I send out invoices at the beginning/middle of one month for the next and require deposits.
I am having to many large bookings book in and then cancle just before the deposit is due.
This is becoming a nightmare with in homes because I arrange my kennel schedule and other services to be able to offer my clients in home cares.
So when you cancle with no deposit paid not only am I out currency for your care, but all the other cares I did not take to ensure I had time to complete your in homes.
Unfortunately if this does not solve the issue I will not be able to take on large in home care services.
* Also remember if you have a credit and it’s used on a booking and you cancle again it’s not carried forward.
*And as always if you continually cancle deposits will be required upfront on the day of booking or you will be completely removed from my roster.
