Jess has found a wonderful new home!
After much consideration I have decided to let my girl Jess go to a new home. She has been my main dog for the sheep and cattle for the last 5 years.
She is a wonderful dog and is amazing with kids. Really the perfect mix between pet and worker.
It's so easy for me to just grab her to go to do a job, I find myself never working any of the others. I also kept a pup out of her as my new stud dog.

Some of them are pretty pouty about the whole affair.

Has found new employment.

One little guy left from my Trim/Spot litter.
He is a spunky fella whose ready for his new 🏠.
Trim is my up and coming main ranch hand. She is pleasant to be around, an excellent listener and has lots of push but still feels her stock.
Spot is retired due to an injury, he worked both cattle and sheep in his day.

Both parents have excellent work ethic and are both panel tested.

Has found his new 🏠

We are offering this absolutely gorgeous stud c**t. He is a 2022 Amber champagne. Colour tested and 5 panel negative.
He is off our mare Peps Gold Playgirl (Peach) who is a great granddaughter of Cougarand and Got Pep.
And off our stud Cross Bar Thunderguy (Champ), who is a son of Jetsmoke N Thunder.
He is sweet, easy to catch and good to trim. This c**t is very easy to work, would be a good project for a kid to start. My daughter has been playing with him and has sat on him a couple times with no issue (she hasn't actually rode him because he's too young yet).

Picked up our two new guardians for the sheep yesterday.
Bob is getting too old and Becka can't do it by herself.
Found out today that our new male has too big a neck for any of my collars. Brutus is 2 years old and truly a brute.
Willow is 1 year old she spent some time socializing in the shed today.

Our first time using CIDR's went pretty well this fall. 67% catch rate, 190% lambing rate and all the babies are doing very well.
Sure is a beautiful fall for this.

Yes!!!!! Just got off the phone with AQHA about my champagne foals.
My champagne filly is homozygous!!!!!
Her papers should be completed in the next couple days and be sent out.

Our gorgeous champagne babies from this year. Waiting on papers from AQHA and genetic and colour testing results then these two will be listed. They will be ready to go as of the start of December.

This year's breeding group is looking pretty good.
On the right is my old champagne girl Pocos Cougarand (Paige), right beside her is her daughter Peps Gold Playgirl (Peach), then they're two adorable 2022 foals, and right in the centre is my gorgeous boy Cross Bar Thunderguy (Champ), the sorrel is my main riding horse from the last two years who is a full sister to Peach (Zip), and on the far left is Miss Poco Bliss (Katie).

Welcoming this little cutie to the ranch. Born a couple days ago his momma had some troubles and couldn't get up after.. we bottle fed him for a night and were able to get her back on her feet the next day. They are doing well.
Both sire and dame are champagne so I'm super excited to get his colour test done.
