Today we remember Big Ben, partner to Vitalize ambassador Ian Millar. Big Ben is now known as a famous icon, despite once being an underdog - like Millar himself. Ben's accomplishments include back-to-back World Cup Championships, Nations Cup victories, Pan American double gold medals, du Maurier International Champion, and over 50 major Grand Prix titles, all despite others thinking he was "simply too big to win."⁣

In addition to his own accomplishments in the jumper ring Solisco is a valuable asset as a breeding stallion due his incredible pedigree.
Solisco is from one of the most prolific mare families in Europe, with a strong link to Canadian Show jumping. Solisco’s mom is a full sister to none other than our very own Big Ben, who’s extensive and very long show jumping accomplishments I don’t believe have ever been exceeded. The family is full of accomplished show jumpers including the 1.60 horses, Vaya Con Dios, Britt, Tatvana, Utopia, Millar, Candy as well as Dixson, who is out of a full sibling to Solisco.

Solisco’s sire, Olisco was a very accomplished French stallion, by the legendary Jalisco B out of a mare named Stella, all of them, 1.60 jumpers. You want scope….Solisco offers Scope. His good conformation, quality gaits, and sensible attitude make him an excellent stallion to choose for the production of competitive show jumpers, as well as amateur friendly horses, that are a pleasure to ride.
