Happy Fall Everyone!
We have some updates!
As of November 1 2024 we will be having some minor changes at the shop to best serve our fluffy pals better!
There will be a slight price increase to be able to keep offering our services due to increasing costs in supplies.
Also, we highly recommend pre booking as we cannot always get people in last minute! We normally book at minimum 4 weeks in advance or on a regular schedule.
Last minute cancelation/rescheduling/no show has become a HUGE issue. Also late drop off and/or pick up as it sets our whole day behind. We will now be charging a late fee and you may be refused further services if it becomes necessary. We schedule our day in advance to best accommodate our clients needs and are unable to fill the spot or delay the next client's time of service without proper notification.
We will continue to try and be as accommodating as we can for emergencies etc.
We will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour or language if we are unable to fit you into the schedule at the last minute or due to poor planning on your part! We try extremely hard to accommodate our clients needs but occasionally my efforts have been taken advantage of!
At this time we are not taking on anymore Xlarge dogs and we will not be taking on any new clients until 2025.
