I CAN-TER "I Can" Therapeutic Equestrian Riding Association of Niagara, Inc. or better known as I CAN-T.E.R. was founded in January, 1993. is in existence today.

We are a registered charity whose mission is to create a barrier free setting where individuals can experience the farm for Therapy & Rehabilitation, Education & Training, and Recreation & Leisure. It is a non-profit, charitable organization located at 1234 House Road, Ridgeway, Ontario. It was envisioned that the entire farm would provide an atmosphere where those with special needs could flouris

h.The wonders of the woods, the creek, the marsh, the gardens would all become part of a very hands-on experience for all who visit. Many “special moments” have taken place over the years which have reinforced our vision. Farm animals, particularly horses, have become “special friends” to many children. It is because of the commitment, dedication and blessings of many within Niagara, that I CAN-T.E.R. It is our hope that the vision will not only remain before our eyes, but close to our hearts!

*In order to be eligible for Christmas Assistance with our organization, you must be a parent, caregiver or grandparent who has children/grandchildren that are between the ages of 0-18, prove financial need, live in the Greater Fort Erie area and not be registered for toys/gifts at any other agency as we cross reference to ensure no duplication in services*

The Crystal Ridge Dream Center encourages those who are in need of a Christmas meal basket/voucher to contact St. Vincent De Paul.

Donations of $100 plus will be entered into a draw to win a weekend stay for 2 at our Farmstay! Charitable receipt provided for donations of $25 and above.
