A last attempt to get some of these gorgeous cats a forever home before transferring to TBHS (although we are so grateful for their help). They are incredibly affectionate cats. Love to be close to you, on your lap, getting petted.

Little Croc lost his fight today. He had severe spinal injuries causing a lot of complications. We were not prepared for that. So heartbreaking 💔

Two more in care. Little Crocodile (Croc) needs extra vet care. He is still very playful and fun. Let’s hope the vet can get him better.

We have 6 incredibly friendly, gorgeous, neutered adult male cats available for adoption. They need utd shots which we will get done. They are needing rehoming through no fault of their own.

Rescue Mission!
These 2 little boys (approx 6 weeks old) were found in a locked shed down an 8 ft pit. How they got there?We have no idea! Many thanks to the passerby who heard the meows and notified us. It was a team effort to get these guys out. A special thanks to the 2 OPP officers; Mitchell Turcotte and Jamie who quickly came with the PERFECT ladder to get us down the well and a dear friend who took photos of our mission.
We decided to name them “Frances” and “Wells” since they were found on the town of Fort Frances property…down a well. 😉

Another sibling found. Tiny tuxedo now in care

Third sibling found and now in care

Another intake today. Approx 9-10 weeks old. Found on Stewart road with mama (who has since disappeared) and 3 siblings (one who disappeared cpl day ago)….leaving two siblings to trap.
Not the least bit feral, just scared. Can pet and hold.. although kitty still trembles with a bit of fear he/she loves to get his/her back and head rubbed. Kitty is now safe with a foster (thanks Rita). Soon you will have your remaining siblings for company.
Will update as we go along. Not available for adoption yet

Meet sushi!
He is 9 weeks old, has had his flea meds and first set of vaccinations.
He is a very busy and energetic ball of fur!
He prefers to not be alone, and would do well in a home with another cat. He likes to follow us around and be the center of attention in every room he enters!
He enjoys his scratch post and loves toys! He is fully litter trained and is trained with twice a day feeding times.

He will be neutered as soon as he is old enough

Meet Lilo the best biscuit maker out there. She is about 4 years old and missing an eye but that doesn’t stop her. She is very smart and cuddly, and she loves her treats and toys. She isn’t too fond of dogs but if you have a chill dog she doesn’t mind. She can get used to other cats with some time and patience. She’d make a great addition to your family.

Our intake is closed because we have so many in care but how can we say no to helpless kittens. It is hard enough to say no to adult cats
So here we are.. our latest intake
One found on Stratton road and one dropped off on someone’s ppty in the Country. We couldn’t say no. They are both 4-5 weeks old.

UPDATE: little kitty not ready to go yet but has been adopted. 🥰

Latest rescue from MacDonald’s drive thru.
Pretty scared little girl. Thank you to the young workers who were compassionate enough to message us. She is safe now. Will give her time to destress.

7:30 pm she is still a little scared but not terrified. She is now dewormed, had earmite and tick treatment and is now gone to a foster home. Thanks Jennifer. We will post updates on her progress.

Brought one kitten back. Got adopted.

Three more beautiful orange kittens surrendered last night and on a road trip to Caring Hearts this morning along with 4 other kittens. Thank you CH for your ongoing support and help. We cdn’t keep going without you.

Thank you to the people who have applied to foster (including our I. Falls fosters and our wonderful long term fosters). It sure has given us some relief.
Caring Hearts in T Bay are also stepping up to help us once again.
We are feeling some light at the end of the tunnel … And not so overwhelmed!
