✨IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ✨

I am planing my schedule for Christmas bookings so if you want in for the month of December please message as soon as possible as spots fill up fast !!
just trying to give everyone the opportunity to book in.
Also as a side note I have never and do not plan to in the future charge for no shows as you all are normally pretty good and I understand life happens ♥️

but for the month of December ONLY I will be implementing a no-show fee, which will be 50% of the cost of the grooming appointment. Because Christmas time is so busy and it’s not fair to others that want in if someone don’t show it takes that appointment away from someone else.

I APPRECIATE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU 🥰
I know my life has been so busy with the new addition I am still not fully up and running but I have  accommodations for the month of December for the littles so I can try and get as much of my furry clients in before Santa arrives 🎄🎄

I am still off work with baby but I am going to offer a few spots for just bath and blow outs starting Monday I will not be open full hours but will offer just bath and blow outs a few days a week this dose NOT include full hair cuts at this time please comment on this post if you are interested thanks ☺️ miss all my clients!

Ok I’m going to have to make this post and it  pains me to have to, but as I sit here in tears it’s not fair to my family or myself. So here it goes I am working my butt off to try and get everyone in/make everyone happy I do not have a day off till the end of March I am working every day! Because I don’t want to say no to anyone but when I get phone calls because it has taken a day or so to see where I can try and squeeze someone in and I get back lash and rudeness it makes me not want to help I am 9 months pregnant I have a sick kid and I am sick and working though all this I do not appreciate  disrespect I am up till 12 at night answering messages I am trying my very best but I will not put up with  verbal or disrespectful clients I am sorry for having to post this but it is starting to affect me in a big way I am VERY SORRY if I can not get you in right away I will always try and do my best to give you the appointment you are looking for but unfortunately it can’t always happen.

So I seen a post on Facebook a lady had a very very unfortunate experience with a groom for her sweet pup I offered to help her and her pup out free of charge because poor experiences can make it so owners have a hard time trusting groomers and I wanted to give her some trust back (did the best I could considering the shape of the hair cut he showed up with) so I offered her an after hours appointment here are some before and afters
