Do we walk dogs off-leash?

Yes, meet Luna. She has been through E collar training and now walks completely off leash in a perfect heel. Our staff were properly taught how to do this, and now she enjoys her nice 45-minute structured walk.

Our prices will resume regularly at the beginning of February.
Puppy care is no longer offered as a service; check-ins have replaced it.
We now have an app for clients to use. If you'd like easier access, you'll all be sent a link to set that up.

(pet parents using iPhones will need to download TestFlight to install the beta app for access.

When booking overnight pet sitting, a 30–50% nonrefundable retainer is needed. The full policy will be posted on our page and sent directly to clients.

What structured walking should look like?

-Relaxed leash between walker/dog
- No tension or pulling
- The dog is focused on the walking/task at hand and isn’t distracted by other dogs, people, smell etc
- there is no stopping, excessive sniffing, dragging to get to a certain smell/spot

This is how we teach all of our clients to walk and don’t worry your dog can do it too !!

It doesn’t matter the age or breed. We are here to help dogs and teach them how to walk comfortably on a leash. Here are three examples.

Luna: She has gone through extensive outside training with her owner, and we have worked very hard with her to help her Keep up. (started on slip lead, prong collar, and now is on a collar with no leash!)

Hailey: we have worked with Hailey since she was six months old, and this girl alligator rolled on me The first time I put a leash on her😅 now she walks like an absolute dream without pulling or reacting.

Aries: She walks on retractables and a harness and likes having free roam. When she walks now, she walks in a perfect heel, with no pulling, no reactions, and listening to commands.

And don’t worry—we will teach your dog all of these so it’s always comfortable to go for a walk.

Frequently asked questions.

🐶Question: Do we interact/walk with other dogs?

🐾 Answer: absolutely not. We are no contact, and there is no “pack”. We only work with animals that are located in the household. We do not let your dogs meet other dogs. It doesn’t matter if they’re friendly or not. (we believe socializing should be controlled and structured at all times.)

🐶 Question: I don’t want random people in my house

🐾 Answer: neither do I😅 we start with the meet and greet. First, you will meet me, the owner, Alexis, and then I will work with your animal exclusively during the first couple of appointments to get them comfortable with the routine/schedule.
After that, you will be assigned one – three employees depending on your dog, their training, and their mannerisms.
I will introduce them one/multiple times depending on the animal. You will always have the opportunity to meet them. We only book staff members that align with the dog/what they need.
It’s beneficial to all parties.
(Communication is always essential if you’d like to be booked with a specific staff member or want to keep things small.)

Puppy care!!!

Puppy care is for puppies under six months of age 🥰.
We created a service mainly to focus on dogs still working on potty training, kenneling and basic necessities.
These are check-ins, at least two to three a day, but you can book as many as you like to help work your puppy into a stable routine.

once they get older, we can adjust their services to accommodate their needs better, keeping their routine consistent, learning essential skills/boundaries and having a consistent service with no stress

Let’s talk about walking dogs in the same household.

As we know, even dog’s in the same household have very different needs.
Take Harley and Bella, for example.
Harley is highly driven and has undergone extensive Training. She needs to be walked very structured and mindfully, while Bella is very leisurely and has no reactions/issues.
We tend to meet both needs by taking an hour of service and splitting it into two 30-minute sessions so they both get their needs met.

wiggles and Wag’s family won’t be seeing her as frequently, but we are so beyond proud of her and all the work that she’s done.
