As most of our regular clients know we are not currently operating full time hours at the spa, this includes reception. Please leave a message and we will contact you once our schedule opens up. We will continue to serve our valued clients as best as we can every 4-6 weeks.

In consideration of the limitations this creates we are currently NOT able to

🐶 take on new grooming clients

🐶 book private appointments

🐶 make special arrangements for behaviour
problems

*PLEASE make sure your dog is drained of excess energy and has had a good potty break before check-in. Dogs that are over excited in crates while drying may be sent home incomplete. Re-bathing and clean up charges will apply for soiling messes.

We will continue to offer same day nail trims during spa operating hours.
** Socialized new dogs and cats always welcome for nail care**

We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to continuing to pamper your pups 🐾
