I used to be one, I know on a first hand level the damage trying to be someone who you think other people will like can do to you. But I also know what it feels like to feed your own soul and do the things that you need to do to be real to who you really are.
There are coined terms, Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety… ext. that will tell you that they can be fixed with meds or programs or both. Sometimes these actions may be needed to snap you out of the thought processes that control you, but either way you go about it you will absolutely end up having to do the work to get through it.
When I first started into my self development journey I read a book called Excavating Your Authentic Self by: Sarah Ban Breathnach. I enjoyed the book and seemed to stockpile a lot of the information to be understood later on, once I was past my twenty year old puberty or whatever you call it at that age. What that book has done for me was to be able to understand that I was allowed to make decisions as life moved on and that yes and no were things that I was supposed to say depending on how I felt.
Now that I’ve come through some parts of my life and I’ve opened up to the wisdom of the highest power, God, Source. I know without a doubt, that I know a little tiny bit more about life then I used to. One of those things is that my goal is to be the me-iest me that I can be, and like a child I will say yes to the things that make me grow and No to the things that I don’t like/want to be.
Authentic me as messy as I can be is worth more then nice, polite, and obedient me every single day of the week, because if I am to allow everyone else to be exactly who they are in order to become who they need to be, then I absolutely need to allow that for me.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the No Fear Workshop this weekend! Thank you Dad for helping out and making it extra fun! And a special thank you to Mom for being the cook! ♥️ we pushed some comfort zones pretty hard and got through some tough points on tough horses and had a lot of fun!

No Fear
Sometimes it’s the horse, and what’s it’s been through, and sometimes it’s us as the handler simply not having good enough communication to have confidence. I set up these workshops for both, as I have myself been in a place in both my personal life and with horses where knowledge and patience have run out. I was fortunate enough to be able to spend a lot of time with my coach sorting through both, and as I learned more and more about horse training, I in turn learned more about myself in the process and still do each time I touch a horse, since there is no end to learning about both the process is never ending.
In my workshops we set goals and work towards achieving them, the method that I follow uses communication thru the psychology of the horse and how horses communicate with each other, we in turn learn to speak to them in a language that they already understand and achieve success as we are able to communicate better with the horses as well as ourselves.
