Good day, valued clients,

Please be advised that I am taking a break from cleaning dogs' teeth as we are currently doing construction at my home. Tentative start-up dates will be the end of the month, November 2024. No dates are set until completion for safety purposes.

To secure an appointment please send me a message. I will reply in order received tomorrow and will move onto the next once that appointment time is secured.

Happy New year everyone! Hope your holidays were both eventful and restful.

I am soon back to work and can't wait to see all your gut babies as well as you! As mentioned there are some big changes for this year that will effect my local customers.

1. I will no longer be booking upon request. Instead I will be offering a few days a month that I plan to work the full day.
-days will be posted and first come first served for appointments.

2. There will now be a non refundable deposit for all new clients of 50 dollars at time of booking. This fee will be applied towards your service or if there is a no show forfeited. (Or in the event I cannot do their teeth or it is not needed, returned)

3. If a appointment is missed without sufficient notice or communication, there will be a no show fee tacked into the service fee for your next appointment.

4. If you book and no show or cancel more than 3 times I will no longer take a booking from you. (Of course one can always reach out to discuss this on a individual base )

I am finalizing some travel for work at this time. Once I have dates confirmed I will post dates for Fort St John in both January and February.

Prince George I will post next datas at this time as well.

I appriciate all of the support and the relationships with my clients I have formed over the years and hope that everyone understands. If you do have any concerns please feel free to reach out as I am always here to listen and assist best I can.
