While we do appreciate fulfilling customer requests, please be patient and understand that we process orders as they become available. A great example is that I recently sourced a tissue culture of Hygrophila 'Chai' after a 5-year search, which is an extreme case. Most requests take a few weeks to a month, and patience is essential.

Update: First order landed in great shape. The last order was delayed until next Thursday so the company had stock to fill a couple custom orders for a couple customers.
We have a mid-sized tropical fish order arriving tomorrow afternoon, followed by a larger order in the coming days! Thank you everyone for waiting so patiently with the bad weather and holidays!
