That’s a wrap on the 2024 garlic harvest season! 🎉 🧄

A huge thank you to our amazing crew for all your hard work. 💜 We were able to get the garlic out of the ground just in time before the rain hit.

Now, these beautiful bulbs will be drying for the next three weeks. 😊

Harvest has officially begun! 🧄 This year, we’re excited to share that we’ve upgraded from our trusty pitchforks to a much needed under cutter—our backs are thanking us already! 🙌

The crop looks amazing, and with this being our biggest harvest yet, we anticipate it will take a week to bring in.

Garlic will be ready later this fall! 🍂

Job Duties:
✅ Assist in tending to our garlic field, ensuring optimal growth and health of our crops.
✅ Perform weeding activities.
✅ Trim scapes to promote healthy bulb development.

Requirements:
🚗 Ability to drive to our farm located North of Edmonton.
🏋️ Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
👍🏼 Physical fitness to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

These chosen bulbs will be our "seed" which will eventually grow into delicious, plump garlic—ready to harvest next year! 👩‍🌾
