Thank you to everyone who came out today to support us for Christmas at the Barn

Thank you to our vendors and to Mr and Mrs Claus for making a visit. Thank you to the Taylor family who operate Silverwood Arabian Farm and thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who helped today and help with our programs, we couldn’t do this without you.

We would like to welcome “Belle “to our Therapeutic Riding Program. She has settled in nicely and is really enjoying all the big hugs from all the riders! A big thank you to all the leaders and side walkers that have helped her feel comfortable! She is creating lots of smiles!!!😊

We still have a few spots in our Kiddy Camps available for ages 4-7. Introducing them to the wonderful world of horses. They get to spend time outdoors riding each day, spend time with our minis and learn lots about horses. A fun time for all. Offering riding camps for kids gor over 30 years !

Yesterday we lost a valuable member of our family Stryker S 2004-2023. He was a huge part of our teaching staff. He was loved by everyone , teaching hundreds of kids how to ride. He was known as the ”Happy Trotter” bringing lots of smiles to his riders, and was a major member of our Therapeutic Riding Program for FTRA. His big personality, intelligence and sweetness will be sadly missed!
For those who believe horses are special, he was very special!!!
May you find green pastures forever my friend!!!

We are all beaming at the farm today! Our daughter delivered a happy, healthy baby boy! Her and her partner are proud parents and we are very proud grandparents!!! Best Story Ever!😊 Welcome to the world Finley!!!

Celebrating Today as National Arabian Horse Day! Our farm has been breeding, supporting and promoting Arabian horses since 1950. They are beautiful, athletic and trustworthy! We love their intelligence and personalities and ability to bond with people. We love them and being part of such a wonderful community!!!

We started our first 2023 five week Equicizer program. Great for many disabilities, rehabbing after an injury or surgery, and staying in shape during the cold winter months. It’s pretty exciting seeing the progress in these riders. Please inquire for more information.

What a great day at the barn today getting pictures with the minis and SANTA!!! Lots of Christmas spirit, and delicious christmas baking. A huge thank you to all the volunteers that help make this fundraiser a success for the Fredericton Therapeutic Riding Association!

Come enjoy the farm atmosphere while getting in the Christmas spirit!!! We will have Christmas baking and a colouring table for all the kids. The minis will be meeting and greeting! Want to say thank you to all the wonderful volunteers that help make Saturdays great. Keeping the barn cleaned up, paddocks cleaned, all horses turned out, horses groomed all while lessons are running and our Therapeutic Riding program is running. Your help means a lot!!! The great weather is also maki g it very enjoyable!

I would love to thank all of the people who came to support the “Fredericton Therapeutic Riding Associations” fundraising Boo at the Barn. What a fantastic day! The sun was shining, the pumpkins were all painted, baking all sold and the spooky walk through the woods with Katrina telling about the train station!A large shout out and thank you to all that helped. It truly showed what team work can do!!!
