Our Story:
It began with mother-daughter team Anna & Doreen Rodriguez. Anna always loved to match outfits with her small Jack Russell mix, and was suggesting that they start a fashion line focused on matching with your pet. The name, JustBcause Fashion, was thought of by Doreen, when she stated, "We're doing this just because we love animals and we love giving back to our community." That's why w

e spell it without the 'E' in Because, since giving back to our community is our cause. We decided as a team to give back to small charities with a focus on animals. Some of the projects we have donated to are Dunroamin', The Homie Project, and The Bee.Leave.It Project. JustBcause is focused on growing our impact in our community & to offer sustainable & affordable fashion. We upcycle the majority of our materials, and we produce little waste because we use our small cut pieces of fabric to make catnip cat toys. All of our products are handmade in small batches in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
