If someone is looking for a winter project, I know of a nice mare that needs some guidance. She is super kind and gentle but is experiencing some issues at times.
Don't think it will take much to figure out what's bothering her, she is green broke.
She needs her teeth done and I would get her worked on just to cover your bases, she did get scared as a 2yr old, that may or may not be the issue.
Pm me if you want more info.
-Side note...every full sibling to her has been super nice and easy so I'm hopeful with some guidance she will be also.

Love this and so true!

Horses are a lot like 4th graders.

I know this because my wife, Bridget, is a school teacher, and over the years, I’ve gained a pretty good understanding of what it takes to make a great student-teacher relationship... and I’ve come to realize, in many ways, it’s not that much different from the horse-trainer relationship.

Horses, like students, may not always remember exactly what you taught them on a given day, but they remember how you made them feel.

They remember whether or not you encouraged them and made them feel confident about the things they have learned.

They remember if you took time to listen to them and to build a relationship with them.

They recognize our attitudes and behaviors, and they are easily influenced by the energy we put off—both positively and negatively.

Horses, like students, need space to make mistakes.

They don’t need to be micromanaged.

They don’t need to be harshly criticized when they get the wrong answer.

Instead, they need you to guide them in the right direction and be rewarded when they find the right answer.

Horses, like students, need us to take the time to help them develop their skills.

They need us to show patience and kindness.

They need us to have understanding and excellent communication.

They need us to be committed to their growth, no matter how slow or fast it may be.

Horses, like students, need us to understand that progress is not an overnight process, but rather a lifelong journey. And, while it may be a long journey, it sure is a rewarding one.

Boon (2yr old) is home, and we couldn't be more happy with what Wade & Michelle Marshall have done with him!
I should have taped Michelle riding him, but I was so impressed i just enjoyed it.
He's going to be such a nice gelding, lots of bone and substance to him.
I love his shoulder, and he's got a nice size foot.
We are contemplating keeping him but will sell him also. I think he would make a super nice head horse 😍
He's been rode down the road and to help gather bulls, super nice mind on him.

This c**t is such a ham! Whenever we drive by the mares, if they are by the road, we have to stop quick for a little visit, this visit turned into a snuggle that didn't want to end.

Fergie sure is growing into a nice yearling filly! Brought her in to mess with her some and she is such a sweetheart. We are really liking how this cross is turning out. Her full brother is at the trainers now getting 60 days and doing very well.

First time Jorga running Bee, and they both did so well ! This mare is really starting to figure out her job and getting solid. We are really happy with her, love how she's safe and fun.
We have a full brother yearling available that has the same gentle mind to him, he's such a sweet guy.

This little beauty is sold, but I thought I would show her off a little. She's going to be so fancy. Can't get much more friendly than she is.
This cross is proving themselves in the roping and barrel pen and even better their quiet minds.
We have a yearling full brother that is just as nice we are offing if anyone wants a nice prospect.

🍸RQH SALTY COCKTAIL🥃

I'm sure enjoy this one! It's been a process trying to get French Fry to this stage. After getting really bad clover poisoning his 2 yr old year, to going to a trainer for 3 months that did nothing his 3 yr old year to finally going to Johnny Lukacs his 4 yr old year and finally putting some training into him! He feels great and this little horse is going to be so much fun!
Our 2yr old mare we have available "Tina" is a full sister!

Pretty excited about this c**t! We have always loved him. This is the first baby we have started from our mare Roosters Oak Two and so far we are pretty happy!
Big thanks to Wade Marshall Performance Horses for putting a good foundation on this c**t!
He's only had him for 6 days and says he's very willing and wants to be good. We are lucky to have a nice handful of good c**t starters.
He will be available at some point. If anyone is interested, let us know. He has lots of size to him, good bone and height.
