Today is the day!! The Pet Valu staff Craft/Bake Sale in support of The Gananoque Food Bank and Mumma’s Here Now Neonatal Rescue of Elgin has begun. We already have had some sales so stop by before it’s gone. With the increasing pressures on rescue organizations across Canada, the Calgary-based charity Canadian Animal Task Force have recently rescued 45 cats in one day in response to a plea for help. To help with the influx of cats in their care, Pet Valu has donated $5000 worth of Performatrin Ultra Grain-Free Original Recipe Cat Food through the Companions for Change program.
