Hi vendors! Just posted our last market of the season:

We've added one more market to our holiday season lineup, and this time we're heading to the WEST end! 🌟 Join us on December 14 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Tony Graham Recreation Complex for a fantastic market experience you won't want to miss!

Part of it, is hating photos and videos, so doing this interview was a big (and scary!) step for me. Updates:
1. September and October dates have been added. If you have already applied, you may either send me an email indicating your business name and noting that you already applied and would like to add either (or both) dates or refill the application for the September and October dates.

2. I have decided I will be doing approvals in waves; this means I will accepting a bunch of vendors right now and waiting a little bit before accepting vendors in a similar category -- this decision was made to ensure variety at the event. If you have any questions, feel free to email me or message me directly.

It’s June 1st and I wanted to share something I have been working on: Cookies for Woody Raffle!

For those of you who may already follow , the beloved cocker spaniel, Woody, was diagnosed with Cancer. He recently received word that he is in remission!! While in remission Woody will continue to require ongoing treatment every 3 weeks to keep the cancer at bay, and with the recent lay off of his father the costs have been substantial for his family. Reading Woody's story, having recently experienced vet costs for our own beagle and his loss, as well as my mother's cancer, their story was all too familiar. I wanted to take the chance to work with them and help raise some much needed funds.

Details of the raffle:

* Prize: a box of treats including 2 donuts and a variety of cookies! (25$ Value)
* Tickets are 1/3$ or 2/5$. 100% of the funds will go directly to Woody's family.
* Tickets can be purchased at any of our markets, or by email at [email protected]. Include your name, instagram (if applicable), and information for how many tickets you would like and send the e-transfer for the amount.
* The raffle will run from June 1 to June 30th. The raffle will end as of June 30th 2:00PM.
* Prize can be picked up in Gatineau or at one of our events (discussed in advanced)
* The winner will be announced via Doggo Cakes and Treats Facebook and Instagram on June 30th.

It’s been a while since I posted about myself and how Doggo Cakes & Treats got started. With our new logo, what a great time to do it!

I started DoggoCakesandTreats as a way to channel my grief from the loss of my 12 year old Doggo, MacReady, as well as the grief of losing my mother, an avid baker. This allowed me to focus on what I loved most, dogs! I felt a need to provide homemade natural and hypoallergenic dog treats and cakes. What makes our cakes special is our frosting; with potatoes and probiotic natural yogurt, our frosting is guaranteed to be a hit that won’t upset your pups belly. It has been an amazing experience entering the incredible dog community we have here in the Ottawa and Gatineau area and working alongside talented small business owners.

Me and lee have been hard at work! Peanut butter and carob treats for dogs. It’s both healthy and safe for dogs that looks and (accordingly to Lee) tastes just like chocolate!

I am so excited to share this with all of you! We have filled this event with some amazing vendors who have an array of gifts and treats for all of your loved ones.
