During the latest Stay At Home Order I am able to remain open, but please know that if you are feeling uncomfortable about leaving your home to keep your grooming appointment and would like to change it I understand......just give me a call or text at 519-924-3387 and I will rebook your appointment for a later date.

Due to the recent spike in Covid cases in Grey Bruce and The Owen Sound Health Unit urging everyone in the area to stay home for the next 48 hours Penny’s Dog Grooming will be closed until Monday April 19th and will resume scheduled appointments at that time.

Hi everyone just want to update you on the latest Provincial lockdown that begins Saturday April 3rd. Groomers are allowed to stay open during this period, Penny’s Dog Grooming will be following the same protocols as we have been since reopening....
curbside pickup and drop off, distancing, masks must be worn, cleaning will be done between each customer and hand sanitizer is provided.
Anyone with appointments will go ahead as scheduled and if anything changes I will contact you with details.

Here we go again everyone, grooming is reopening tomorrow February 16th. 🐾🐾🐩
Just like the last shut down I will be very busy catching up with everyone who was booked and had to be canceled in January and first part of February. Everyone has been rebooked and anyone else who would like an appointment please call 519-924-3387 and leave a message and I will get back to you ASAP with an appointment.

Covid 19 Update

I know everyone has been waiting for grooming to open and today the Province of Ontario has announced that Pet Groomers are now able to operate in some limited circumstances and strict conditions.

Here are the new provisions for pet groomers in Ontario at this time.

- grooming is permitted to open for services that are strictly necessary to prevent an animal from requiring foreseeable and reasonable imminent Veterinary care. Or
- a pet owner has been ordered to obtain a grooming for their pet under the Provincial Animal Welfare Act Services Act.
- when these limited services are provided grooming must be scheduled in advance with curb side drop off and pick up.
- appointments are also only permitting one pet at a time.

These are the regulations at this time.

As of today December 26/20
Penny’s Dog Grooming is closed for 28 days due to the Provincial Shut Down Order.

I will be contacting everyone next week who has a grooming appointment during this time and reschedule you.

Hi everyone, this is an updated to let you know the Ontario Government has given grooming salons the okay to reopen again on Tuesday May 19th.

There are new policies that are now in place and signs are posted to direct you when you get here on how you can safely drop off and pick up your dog.

Cancelled appointments during the lock down will be rebooked first and I will get in touch with everyone who had appointments as soon as I can.

If you are an existing client and would like an appointment you will put on a waiting list until cancelled appointments have been rebooked.
I am not taking new clients at this point.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Due to the Covid 19 I have now closed. My plans are to reopen again on April 6th however that date may have to be pushed back depending on how the situation is at that point.
I will be contacting everyone to cancel and rebook appointments. I will not be taking any new bookings at this time until I have all previous appointments rebooked.
