Over the last few weeks we have had a number of no shows, which has really begun to affect our small run family business.
Not only do we obviously lose out on money from that appointment, but that appointment could have been used by another customer who has been waiting weeks for an appointment.
As you know, we take pride on providing a one-on-one service to each and every dog, meaning we have to take a limited number of appointments daily. This causes us to book up very quickly. We are currently booking a minimum of six weeks in advance. We have been coming in early and staying late to help accommodate everyone the best that we can during this busy season.
We now will be putting a cancellation policy into effect, which will include:

On your second offense, we will ask for you to pay for your missed appointment.
On your third offense, we will respectfully ask you to find a new groomer.
All we ask for is some form of communication. Even a cancellation last minute still may give us time to fill that appointment.
Please be respectful of not only our time but our other clients time as well π©΅
