Hi Everyone, hope your all doing well and life is treating you good. I miss everyone but am enjoying my retirement. I had to come down in the area to get some puppy yoga in and play with some adorable Bouvier pups, they are so cute and big already. Hope you enjoy the pictures. A message from Humane Society London & Middlesex: Hello, we’re your local Humane Society! Starting December 1, 2022, Humane Society London & Middlesex is the appointed Animal Care & Control service provider for the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex and Township of Adelaide-Metcalfe. Since this past summer, we participated in the robust evaluation process after the retirement of your long-term service provider Vicki Kyle. These services include Animal Control By-law enforcement, maintenance of a pound facility, routine patrols, emergency services, statutory animal control officer duties and other related duties at the request of the municipality or township. A quick search of our database showed us that Glencoe and area residents have been contacting us as their trusted animal support service for years, and we are excited to further partner with the residents of Southwest Middlesex and Adelaide-Metcalfe to work together to continue excellent animal welfare and response standards. It is important that we are engaged and serving your local community. A Little update on the little Dachshunds, approx 3 weeks ago the Canadian Dachshund rescue group contacted us to take over the care of these two little strays, now named Bowie and Lucy. Both have received dentals and blood work has come back normal. Bowie started to gain some weight, but will still be a while before he is up to par. They are in great care of this rescue and doing very well. We want to say a big Thank you to David, for taking over their care and seeing they will have a great second chance in life.

This poor guy is terrified and roaming in the area of Thamesview Line since Wednesday. I have put these photos on Facebook groups and K9 Ground Search Elgin/Middlesex group. We have placed food out for him but he is so scared and runs away when we come outside.

Chance came to visit this week. Adopted in 2019 this boy has had heart worm Lyme disease and an adventure with a tree branch.
All required medical treatment which his family immediately provided. We have the best families.These pics are of Chance What a difference family makes he is gorgeous!

This makes our hearts so Happy, Baxter was adopted from us a while ago and had lost his furry friend . Brad saw Rocky and instantly knew that Rocky and Baxter would become friends, it took a little time, but it was so worth it. Thank you Brad for taking the time and patience for these two fellows to learn that life is good again with friends to play with

Penny went for her spay today, she has been staying with her family until then, so today is the official day that she is adopted, She has a few buddies to play with including her young human friend, who she absolutely adores. We are so happy for her, Happy Trails Penny, live a long and safe life.

Hi Everyone out there, it’s me Quinn.
I had such a great day driving around with Mom, then she took me to Joyce’s Farms in Bothwell which she often visits for fresh fruit and veggies, and sometimes some sweet stuff as she often gets that sweet tooth going. I do have to admit that they are the best, yes I love eating veggies, and they are local and so very friendly, they even let me inside as they are dog friendly, what more can you ask for, so stop on in there and tell them Quinn sent you.

Bailee is still waiting for her perfect family to come along, she is so smart and listens very well and just loves to play

SMILE FOR THE DAY. These 6 week old puppies are doing very well and have already been trained that when the bell rings, its time to go outside. The often ring it on their own as they love the outdoors. Hope everyone enjoys the little video.
